Nice. Staff and food is excellent. Beds, blankets and pillows are the ones we need. I love this hotel.

Centrally located on GS Road, with good food, nice & clean rooms, prompt & efficient service, polite and efficient staff. Value for money for business and leisure travel. Would strongly recommend for those who are looking for nice place to stay in Guwahati.

The stay was pleasant stay however the access to night club at the same property, they charged cover charge for staying guest on none event day which was wednesday. Found it more making money concept in this hotel. Otherwise it was decent stay. I dont have it handy

The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Not much options. Also they are giving 2 500ml water bottles complimentary, which is very less as compared to room charges & charging for every bottle of water. At-least 2l of water should be complimentary at rooms.

Location and ambience is very good. We booked for two adults, but found one drinking glass n one towel in the room. If it is prebooked, it should be prepared before check in.

The staff were amazing and the location is the prime. The security guards have done a great job and even the errand boy did a great job. The breakfast was ok but needs to improve overall and the menu can be look into. Bath towels are a bit used to so it can be replaced with some new ones and the bed sheets too. Overall it was good experience. The great aspect of thishotel is the humble welcoming nature of the staff. Thank u for the great hospitality. Looking forward to book again

This is my 4th stay in this hotel, but this time i found it average as they lack in hygienic department. I found small cockroaches in the bar table near my snacks plate and also found few cockroaches in my room side table. The electric kettle given in my room was of cracked condition, which could make an accident of electric shock to any guests. The food was very good and the services are very good. Rest everything was ok, only i didnt like the hygienic part of the hotel.

Hotel maintenance is zero, service to amenities are very pathetic to stay. Bath fitting to mirror, commode, shampoo dispenser are not working. You will feel bad to stay in hotel.
