The location, ambience, food and everything was good except for the housekeeping part. The linens had stains on them and looked dirty, the bathroom was also not that clean compared to the price we paid. Didn't even touch the buckets and mugs cu z the condition was yuck! overall, housekeeping department should improve on their part

When i entered the room, i shocked. Because the room was not as expected there on such amount of price i paid. In other words, it was overpriced. The room and bathroom was found with a little bit bad smell. For this, i used my personal body spray to banish this bad smell.

I had a wonderful stay, the room was good as per the price, the staff was very helpful & the food & service was excellent

Everything was good including staff behaviour, cleanliness, the facilities of lift etc. But one thing I want to recommend or suggest that keep hot water kettle in the rooms because I faced this issue of hot water that everytime I need hot water I had to call the service boys. Please make it available

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.
