Great location, at the river bank and facing the main walking area, lots of lights everywhere in the evening. Right next to all the tourist streets with many cafes, bars, restaurants. Motorbike rental is provided at the hotel.

Apart from the riverside location and the nearby bars &restaurants there is not a lot a positive things to say about this place. The rooms are super spartan (just a bed and a small table), no fixings of any kind available. No fridge, no TV, no anything at 20 US$/night without BF. The door barely closes. The windows cannot be closed so all the chilled air (from the barely cooling AC unit) would leave the room immediately. The pillow was full of black dots (was replaced). The shower just dripping (on the third floor). We had pre-booked 2 nights and checked out the morning after (no refund). Easily the worst room so far on our trip to Cambodia.

Agree with other reviews. Stayed here as a family of 4 in a room with 2 double beds. Would recommend as a basic and cheap option for families. The room was clean and quiet. Comfy beds with single sheet cover. Air con working and clean white towels. Water left in room. Warm shower. The rooms are basic but do the job and a bit rickety. E.g., wall light didn't work but main light did. Tap sprouting a leak but works. Staff friendly. Downstairs seating area nice and open to river and street - a nice place to chill. Central to walk to everything.

Very basic rooms, you can find better for just one dollar more. I still give it 4 stars though because the staff are nice and the downstairs sitting area is good for chilling, a beer and something to eat.

Good spot for a budget friendly traveler. Nothing fancy about the rooms but it’s a great price and the rooms are nice enough to not worry about. Hot water and the AC unit worked great! The staff was wonderful and even with a flat tire for the moped we rented, they gave us a free day rental for inconvenience. Also make sure if ANYTHING happens to your bike call them first before going through anyone else for roadside help. The restaurant is decent and they have a good laid back environment. Will stay here again for next visit. Also a great location!!! Right next to river and all of the night clubs.
