The warm welcome by the concierge set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable five day escape. our suite was nothing short of spectacular - specious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The service throughout our stay was simply exceptional. Every member of the we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making our experience perfect. Dinning at the hotel restaurant was highlight in itself. Each meal was culinary masterpiece, and the romantic dinner they organized for us on our last night was the perfect ending to our stay. If you're looking for a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality, look no further!

The checkin process was very fast with a warm friendly staff. A welcome glass of juice and hot towel as well. The rooms are quiet, spacious, very clean and hot showers with ac provision. I loved the food especially the variaty for breakfast. The Ala carte took shorter time I preparation and the steak were fresh, tender and perfectly done. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The chef is amazing and the coffee was really something to look forward to in the morning. The location is ideal especially for anyone on business trip. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful amenities, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. What stood out: ✔ Impeccable Service – The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Lawrence for his outstanding hospitality! ✔ Luxurious Room – My Executive was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable—I slept like a dream! ✔ Delicious Dining – Mouthwatering dishes, especially the grilled chicken. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! It’s a nice a quiet comfortable place where I could recommend anyone to stay at. We had a warm welcoming reception. The place was so nice , comfortable and the beds were so warm and comfortable. The food was great too and we enjoyed it very much. The staffing was amazing and we were able to get the best out of it

Was lured to this place by the reviews on this Platform and l do not regret the experience. The waiters and the receptionists were very helpful through our the period we were there. The rates modest and the room are opulent. We surely plan to stay here on our return journey.

This was my first time in Kampala and l got to know about the Grand Plaza Hotel through a friend in Nairobi and indeed, the place is real. Quite new and conveniently located with very good biew of the kampala city. Staff are very professional and that was very fascinating. The meals, rooms and hygiene were all on point. This is my home in kampala. Rooms at around 6k. Will be back n back again. Bye

The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. It is the perfect place to stay while in Kampala. Many comfort items make you feel at home, and there is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside that part of the city. Friendly staff with exceptional customer service. A must come back.
