The Four Points Sheraton is a very new facility in Kampala. I spent five days attending a conference. It is ideally located, the rooms are spacious and it has excellent amenities. What makes this place special is the responsiveness of the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that your dietary needs are met. Am a vegetarian and one day did not find good options at lunch. They made two dishes and bread. That was incredible. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the city; the food is excellent and it has great drinks selections. If there is one thing they could add it would be an Executive Lounge for use by Gold, Platinum and Titanium members. Next time you are in Kampala consider staying at this hotel

Yesterday 9th I visited my favourite restaurant again with my friend n we wea attended to by Victoria who suggested we should try ur buffet this time and guess what I love every bite,thanks to d management and staffs as well coz whenever I crave for great service I look no further than four points

The city skyline twinkled like diamonds against the dark sky, making for a romantic and memorable setting. We enjoyed our drinks and conversation while taking in the stunning vistas.The combination of great food, exceptional service, and spectacular views makes Four Points by Sheraton an ideal choice for any occasion. Whether a romantic evening or a night out with friends, this hotel delivers. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, offering a unique perspective on the city. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

My first time to Uganda and we had a business trip to Kamapala. What an exceptional Hotel. The modern interiors are so beautiful and clean. The staff are so professional, and the service was Outstanding from all the staff, Reception, restaurant to room service. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to Business and Holiday makers. Amazing stay. Keep it up

Located on a busy road but the hotel itself is a haven of tranquility. Very spacious rooms with all mod cons. Very comfortable bathrooms. I do recommend the delicious breakfast. The rooftop swimmingpool is an absolute must. From the hotel it's a 30 minutes walk to the statue of independence. Motorbike taxis in front of the hotel are readily available to take you anywhere in the city. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a very peaceful and safe base yourself in the middle of bustling Kampala.

very beautiful ambience and nice staff. mr emmanuel was a good sport throughout this time and made our time worthwhile. i am grateful to him. as much as I understand that thr four points is new, they need to work on timeliness such that the food doesn't come cold as such was the case. overall, thank you.

We spent a lovely weekend relaxing at the Four Points By Shereton in Kampala. The staff on the whole were exceptional, very well trained and very courteous, the restaurant staff were very, very good and so attentive. The hotel was very clean and food was delicious and plentiful. I did have an issue with reception regarding an under charge of an extra $50 for two days & $46 payment one day, and after a poor explanation, I still don’t know what it was for, but I tried not to let it spoil my weekend. The gym and pool were excellent, very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the room had everything you would need and thr shower was to die for. I could have showered all day. All in all, a great hotel in the centre of Kampala.

Brenda at the the Kololo Bar was fantastic. Best service in the whole hotel! She was very kind and helpful with the menu and took great care of us. She’s an expert at service and we really enjoyed our time at the bar. We just stopped in for a night cap but it ended up being a great experience because she was so friendly and attentive. If you’re in Kampala, stop in!

The place is extremely tidy, Food is tasty, the customer service team is so warm with everyone. The ambiance is amazing you will love it. I loved the lady Victoria who is in customer service. She was really charming. I will always go back to this place.

Friendly hostess, especially shiallo stood out with her welcoming smile. She ensured that we got what we wanted and we left very satisfied. We hope to come back for an even better fulfilled experience. Otherwise we had value for money and memories created
