Excellent hotel, clean and very modern. The staff are the highlight of this hotel they are incredibly friendly and attentive, down to simple things like remembering drinks orders and being always ready to help. Some stand out members of staff are Nikos, Sotiris, Eletheria and Emilia all of which have gone above and beyond during our stay.

The hotel is so beautiful, the staff are super friendly and very attentive. I went with my fiancée and 1 year old son. The hotel isn’t the most child friendly place as there wasn’t a kids pool or children entertainment. But there is a water park opposite the hotel which my son loved and was perfect for all ages. We had a perfect week at this hotel the food is great and you have everything you need including a supermarket in the hotel (quite pricey I must say) but overall my stay was fantastic.

Right from our friendly welcome at 2.30 in the morning to the room, the food and the facilities we couldn't find fault. Special mention to Emilia our waitress who made us feel very welcome in the restaurant. We really relaxed and enjoyed this holiday and hope to come back one day.

We got married whilst in Rhodes and decided to look for a very fancy very expensive hotel to enjoy the occasion. A real waste of money. The wardrobe door fell off onto my MOH’s mum and hit her in the head flying her forward to hit the wall. The bathroom you cannot swing a cat and it gets so wet in there from the shower but has no slip mat which makes it very dangerous. Rooms are very small! There is no garden view (if you book with jet2) it’s a road. The staff are not accommodating at all and made our experience horrendous. Couldn’t help us find an affordable room for me and 8 others to get ready in on my wedding day. No special touches even after jet 2 contacted them. No response to emails which I have provided in evidence. The maids will drag chairs and be very loud from around 8:30 in a morning which will wake you up as the walls are thin. No help from staff if there is an earthquake Extremely expensive. 1 beer and 1 small cocktail is around €17 so take a loan out. Just awful! The only nice thing was the pools and lazy river. I would never stay here and I have let all the Rhodes wedding groups on Facebook know not to stay here. To save people their money and expectations.

A very welcoming, clean and nice hotel. + on the beach, snorkling is ok right off the beach, great pool area, nice rooms, great breakfast, attentive staff, bus stop right outside. - the gym is way too hot for working out during the day and should be in a seperate area with AC or at least open earlier and close later to avlid the hot hours. Yoga and pilates classes take place outdoors in an area with limited shade and should be earlier or later as well. Not always experienced yoga instructors but always with a lot of energy. As a family vacation for beach and pool activities the Hotel was great. As for wellness/fitness both adults and teenagers expected a lot more and for that this hotel is not an option. Although it has great potential to be if adjustmemts are made.

Very clean ,excellent food and very friendly helpful staff. Very good pool always got a sunbed no matter what time of day, Excellent Hotel. Would need to be a moaner to pick fault. Hotel cleaned every day. Pool tables,mini golf, outdoor chess. A very good holiday. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel, clean and immaculate everywhere. Staff very friendly and polite. Food had great choice every day and was 1st class. Must do the burger experience but go hungry.. I would definitely stay again probably not best hotel for children as there isn’t much to do. Targeted to couples and older guest which was a big bonus for us. Well done staff 5*

Hotel Review – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We recently stayed at this hotel just outside peak school holiday season and had a mostly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained throughout. One of the highlights was the fantastic location – bus stops were conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to travel to Rhodes, Faliraki, and Lindos. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of available sun loungers, and we never felt crowded. The lazy river was a fun and relaxing bonus feature. We also appreciated the on-site mini market, which was reasonably priced, and the beach towel service, which allowed us to swap for fresh towels regularly. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food was underwhelming – often not warm enough and quite basic in variety and quality. We were also surprised to find that a bottle of water at dinner cost €4.50, especially when the same item was available in the mini market for €1. The dessert options were also quite limited and repetitive. Additionally, we arrived around 10:30 PM and found no food options available, which was disappointing after a long journey. The evening entertainment was average, but seating in the entertainment area was very limited, so we often ended up listening from the beach instead of being able to watch comfortably. Overall, this hotel offers great value in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. With some improvements to the dining experience and evening logistics, it could easily be a top-tier choice. We’d still recommend it, especially if you’re visiting outside of the busiest times.
