Panorama Studios

This was dirty and not cleaned for 10 days. There was 1 saucepan and two small plates.....not the provision for self catering at all. Air con was €7a day and set at 20 and couldn't adjust. We had to ask for a change if towels after 5 days. We went get cleaning stuff and cleaned it on arrival as staff didn't seem bothered. The kettle leaked on to the 1 of 2 plugs in the entire studio. When my husband took it to reception they seemed unbothered and just gave him another kettle. The towel smelt of cooking and were def not white. We made the best of it as we are familiar with the area from previous visits. I would not give this even 2 stars for the room, service or customer service regarding resolving any issues.

Me and my friends were sleeping and woke up to all are aftershave gone £600 worth of after shave and god knows what else missing the balcony light was broken so went to reception and they said they were going to get it fixed now in day 5 still not fixed do not recommend staying her unless you don't have anything to lose scared for my safety and we'll being stay clear and the hair dryer is a fire hazed smoking sound like a 50cc scooter wish I could put 0 stars

If you are visiting please feed and water the cats and kittens, they are all strays and rely on the tourists. Local rescue has been contacted and they will neuter during winter but they won’t go to feed them. We loved our holiday, but very sad to leave the cats behind.

Highly recommended if you're happy eating/drinking away from the hotel as food choices are quite limited in the snack bar unless you are able to live off chips. Saying that, there is a small selection of home cooked Greek dishes available and staff are happy to take custom orders if it's not listed on the menu. Rooms are of typical studio setup with balcony and a shower that resembles a Ryanair on board toilet. We had 3 single beds, TV, kettle and basic cutlery and crockery. If extra crockery is needed, staff are happy to let you take theirs from the snack bar. We needed a large bowl and "Billy" was more than happy to give us one for the week we were there. Our room was refreshed twice during our 7nt stay, fresh towels and sheets provided although a little more tidying could have been done - bin emptied, ashtray cleared, but overall we were happy with service provided. Cannot fault the staff here at all. Jannis in the mornings is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for this man. Rushed off his feet with breakfast orders, he still managed to get us fresh coffee and our breakfast out as fast as possible. Billy takes over the afternoon and checked us in whilst halfway through a lunch order. Again, friendly, helpful and an absolute credit to the establishment. Benny will take over your evening at Panorama and is a fantastic barman as well as an entertainer. The pool is of adequate size and depth being approx 1m deep at the shallow end and 1.8m over at the deep end. It will easily accommodate 20 people before feeling somewhat full and is always an enjoyable temperature. During our stay we were surprised to find that the usual 6am sunbed rush wasn't actually a thing here. Bonus!! There are plenty of spare loungers though should the pool be unusually busy. Overall, I'd happily stay here again but consider the nearest shop is a 20 min walk downhill and a good 25 minutes back up said hill so my advice would be to stock up on essentials early mornings or evenings. Just returned from spending 7 nights at Panarama Studios. Upon arrival we was met by Ben who checked us in with a smile and carried our bag to our room and showed us around. Here he explained that you could purchase air-con for an extra €6 per day, I would strongly advise doing this. We unpacked and went down to the small ourdoor terrace bar area where we had a drink and relaxed before heading to bed. In the morning we had a look around the room which was basic but clean with fresh towels and bedding (these was changed twice during our stay) we had a 2nd floor room with a great view down the hill towards Falaraki and the beach. We went for breakfast and again greeted with a smile this time by Yanis who again was so helpful. Breakfast included in our stay was a continental ( a drink, 2 slices of toast with butter, jam and marmalade and a ham and cheese toastie) there was also a menu which included English breakfast etc if required. Yanis made a call for us when we enquired about car hire and a car was with us within 20 mins. I would strongly advise a car as the hotel is situated on a very steep hill. On an evening at Panarama it is very quiet with only back ground music playing, no entertainment. This to me was the only downside to the hotel. There is a nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available all day and snacks to purchase at the bar. On the whole this is a lovely family run hotel.

We visit this hotel several times a year! The hotel rooms are spotless, fresh bedding & towels. The staff are tremendous nothing is to much trouble so friendly they really do make the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to be treated like family then this is the place to stay.
