Romantza Mare

IT was great. We really enjoied it. Food was really amazing. The pool od also super. The beach si reallz close and the Sea was beautiful. The only thing was the air conditioner was bearly working and there is no internet im the apartment unless u pay

Romanza Mare or Romantza Mare, don't be confused by the double naming, it is still the same hotel that was renamed but keeps both trade marks within the resort. The area is quiet with access to a public beach (no hotel beach despite it somewhere looks so) and public busses. Thats all with the positive. The rooms are nice but not really clean with a toilet odour. The food is absolutely not tasty and has never seen salt and never seen a day by day difference all the time the same. Nobody greets you no matter where you are except the Snack Bar (MARINA!!!). The canteen itself is cleaned only on the outside hoping nobody peeks under the tables which is full of dirt in the serving area. When you find a piece of plastic in the food the hotel Manager tells you its not a problem...hope your child doesn't eats it. All inclusive is practically not existent as there is a strange from to rule...no beer, wine or cocktails till 18:30...and ends at 21:15 whereby the bar closes sharp 22:00 so you can't even buy something to drink post that time. Coffee till 18:30 is fine but ice coffee is paid because its not a hot drink. There is no animation program at all and the Slovak Kids klub is a tiny shadow of what we could call an animation program. They should rename the hotel again...to Romantza NightMare.

Very nice people from hotel who provided first class service. Great atmosphere and fun for children provided by person from travel agency Hydrotour. Good food and specially bar next to swimming pool.

Hotel was very dirty, rooms and also common places. We had a all inclusive stay but it had speacial condition like drinks were for free after 18:30 and not all of the drinks. You have to pay for wifi 15€ per week. And we also didnt like treatment in reception. Arrogant receptionist who didnt trust us that we had a problem with electricity in our room. And after comming to hotel at 8am we had to wait till 15:00 for our room. They also have some problems with a beach and you cannot use sunbed even you want to pay for them. And beach is so small that you cannot lay on the beach. Also walking to the beach is like walking around rubbish dump.

Wasn't a particularly a good deal, the accomodation was dated and dirty. We were given a double which was actually two twin beds pushed together. The breakfast was mediocre at best, no real selection no nice fruits, the juices were heavily watered down, the coffee was diluted. During our stay the room was never cleaned, there was supposed to be live music which never appeared. This place was just very disappointing.

It's great to see a family run hotel providing a spot on service to their guests. Everything runs efficiently and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location, not far from town, and ideal for public transport. It's quite near to the beach so there was always a choice of places to sit around the pool. Go and enjoy!
