This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

We left the hotel on 2 July 2025 after spending 8 enjoyable days there. On the last day we picked up a vomiting bug that, I was told by the receptionist and the doctor who visited us, has affected many of the guests in the hotel. While our holiday was enjoyable up until the last night and the receptionist quickly organised a doctor for us (at our cost) and gave us a late check out so we could try to recover before going to the airport, not one person from the hotel asked us how we were doing at, or before the time, we checked out. They also had no response when I asked during the night why we were not told so many people had picked up this illness during our stay. The hotel and its amenities are enjoyable but the place is completely crowded, everywhere. The lifts are tiny and unreliable and people are therefore packed in like sardines. We were staying on the highest floor (where we understand others were also quite ill) so it is no wonder this illness spread so quickly. An enjoyable (and very expensive) holiday ruined on the last day and no follow-up whatsoever from management. We will not return.

Spacious and clean, with a variety of food options and friendly staff throughout the resort from the restaurants (Asian restaurant is a real highlight), bars to room cleaning. Excellent customer service when our family members fell ill - Mara on reception provided top class support and made all the difference to our holiday - well done Mara for your truly excellent focus on the customer you are a credit to Amada and well done all round Amada !

Amazing location the people are really friendly however out of the 5 people we went on a holiday 4 of us got really bad food poisoning which ended our vacation sooner than expected, this happened on different days at the Greek,Asian,enalia seaside and the a la carte restaurant which really ****** as it did taste really good!

I would avoid, as it is certainly not a five star hotel in any sense. The food was shocking, bland and similar every day, there are huge queues for all the bars (each bar staffed by one person) and for the food as well. You're lucky to get a drink at dinner. Room air con turns off when the room gets to 22c which is still hot, for a five star hotel there was no pleasantries at all (no shower gel, no restocking of coffee/tea) all sunbeds are gone by 9AM, rude reception staff, just generally not what you would expect from a five star hotel, very disappointing and have stayed in much nicer 3/4 star hotels

Das Essen war sehr lecker, jeden Tag ein anderes Thema. Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Besonders Raul ist super nett.
