2.5 🌟 The rooms - We were in room 103, which was a ground floor, not much a view, but we were right next to the pool and reception, which we loved so a view mere metres away. Our only complaint was the lack of storage. The clothes were on a rail hanging over the desk. There is no bedside storage underneath the bedside table and only two small drawers and a shelf. So the room looked messy constantly. My dresses were not hung nicely as well, as they draped over the safe and desk. Food - The breakfast was okay. There needed to be more hot options. For example, potatoes are not served. The pastries also were not very fresh. Green, bruised bananas every day. But lots of fruit, meat and cheese, some cereals, yoghurts, lots of jams. The pool bar food was fab. The prices were great, the portions were huge - me and my partner and I would share a main. Burgers, salad, pizzas, pastas and other mains The dinner was a big issue for me. The food often wasn't hot. We are more fussy eaters, but we did stuggle a bit with the menu. Every meal was mostly Greek cuisine, with very little variety and choice for alternatives. We both had upset bellies over the week and wondered if it were to do with the cold, soft chicken in the soup. The receptionist tried to tell us it was norovirus. But I was sick within hours of eating the food. And it took me days to get my appetite back and its still not fully returned. We were upset as on the evening of our check out, they told us we couldn't eat dinner and kicked us out of the dining room. We were told by the receptionist earlier that day that our meals were included as normal. We were already sitting at the dinner table, and the waiter must have gone and checked with reception, which was petty. And we had a long and late journey home. We arrived late on our first night, and were given 2 bread rolls and slices of cheese, taken from the breakfast buffet. Apparently this is one of the main evening meals we paid for. Location - As others people say, it is in the middle of nowhere, you'll need a rental car. There are some tours that pick up from the hotel as well. We did one that went to symi. The hotel grounds - The hotel itself is beautiful and small. There were peacocks that were so entertaining. The pool is stunning and there were always sunbeds free when we went. Service - There was the same staff on rotation. We dont know any names. The night we arrived there was a man and we really really struggled with his english which was difficult as there was a lot of information given. The actual service was great. There was always someone at reception all the staff would say hello etc. The main receptionist was lovely and couldnt do enough. But when we had an issue, we fear it wasn't dealt with well, leaving a sour taste overall. We arrived home to find we were missing my brand new perfume that's worth £70. We fear it may have been left behind with packing final items. However, I arrived home to find it missing. We
