Room 103 Really disappointed with this room on arrival. Very small rail to hang clothes over desk ,not suitable to hang dresses. One flimsy poor quality sheet on bed and one pillow each, had to ask for a blanket and more pillows.Very poor quality soft mattress ,unfortunately had backache each night slept whilst on holiday here. Large bathroom flooded every time shower used, had to use towels every night to mop the flood up Asked to upgrade our room and offered a room a few doors away overlooking pool. The room was exactly the same as room 103 and the hotel reception said it would cost us an extra 30 euros per night ! I checked on Tui website and it was an extra 3 euros per night We felt we were beind ripped off so we didn't go for the upgrade. We were half board ,breakfast was actually good, although poor selection of fruit available, coffee from machine terrible. The dining room is like a school canteen stark white walls and grey tables. It could have been nicer in the evening if the lighting was more subdued and tablecloths added .Evening meal was ok but often the main was limited as certain dishes on menu were unavailable every night .The soups were really quite good. The whole evening meal was a rushed affair, very few hard working staff who are a ctedit to this hotel. Absolutely no evening entertainment at this hotel and limited seating area around bar.Pool area is nice and lovely to see the visiting peacocks.Unfortunatly we left this hotel feeling very disappointed, I feel this stemmed from the first day when we asked for an upgrade and they blatantly tried to rip is off .I would not recommend this hotel

We arrived in the early hours of the morning some small sanwiches in the foor ..we were welcomed by a gentleman who could barely speak English ..please send this gentleman to an evening class ....unfortunately we found loads of ants in the room the hotel did clean the room when we complained.. Room was a good size .beds awful with spring mattress, pillows awful we did ask for more pillows which to be fair we were given different sizes ..we were also provided with blankets on the beds which were rough like carpets ....take your own hangers ..only a few hangers and a small rail in the room, no wardrobes .they do provide some basic toiletteries in the bathroom ..bathroom which smell mouldy ...mould in the plug hole .. not great lighting in the room no ambient lighting .. pool is fresh water only ..not heated at all..was way too cold ..pool was very clean and opened until 6pm, plenty of sunbeds take your own towels the one we hired for 20 euro each was like old carpets ..they do give you your money back for towels ..the food where do I start breakfast very basic u can order an omelette which was good they ran out of full bread at 930 basic budget food some beans, cheese, jams, cereal .. basic croissant awful pastries, a few fresh fruits .. we went half board ,the evening meal was the worst i have ever had ..we only ate there once was enough . basic pastry case with avocado as a welcome starter tasted of nothing . the soup was bearable ..the mains ..bland ..do not order the pasta or rice ... no taste at all... desert was a very very oily orange cake one between two person, most people left theirs...the food lets the hotel down big time... if the owner George is reading which he should .I would advise him to sack the chef ..a child can cook better than him, he should be ashamed to serve this type of food ..we went to the pavo cafe next door most nights.. pool bar food was amazing that girl who cooks at the pool bar should cook in the main rrestauran.food there was value for money..great portions ..great taste at the pool cafe/bar. The staff were always pleasant specially Mr Verge on reception 5 star hospitality ..always had a smile ..good sense of humour .. the pool barman Yannis made great cocktails 12 euro each drinks are not cheap . The maid greeted us daily and was very plesant, staff in restaurant worked tirelessly , one gentleman forgot his name he was working, always polite and greeted us daily he worked everyday did the breakfast then pool bar theb evening meals very hardworking u need more staff..your staff will get burnt out. The hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues ..steps to get to the room steps to get to the pool steps everywhere lack of hand rails .....it's on a steep hill ,do not go there if u walk with walking aids .... U can order a taxi from reception cost around 28 euros to rhodes well worth a visit ....very quiet hotel .. no entertainment whatsoever....peacocks everywhere ..

2.5 🌟 The rooms - We were in room 103, which was a ground floor, not much a view, but we were right next to the pool and reception, which we loved so a view mere metres away. Our only complaint was the lack of storage. The clothes were on a rail hanging over the desk. There is no bedside storage underneath the bedside table and only two small drawers and a shelf. So the room looked messy constantly. My dresses were not hung nicely as well, as they draped over the safe and desk. Food - The breakfast was okay. There needed to be more hot options. For example, potatoes are not served. The pastries also were not very fresh. Green, bruised bananas every day. But lots of fruit, meat and cheese, some cereals, yoghurts, lots of jams. The pool bar food was fab. The prices were great, the portions were huge - me and my partner and I would share a main. Burgers, salad, pizzas, pastas and other mains The dinner was a big issue for me. The food often wasn't hot. We are more fussy eaters, but we did stuggle a bit with the menu. Every meal was mostly Greek cuisine, with very little variety and choice for alternatives. We both had upset bellies over the week and wondered if it were to do with the cold, soft chicken in the soup. The receptionist tried to tell us it was norovirus. But I was sick within hours of eating the food. And it took me days to get my appetite back and its still not fully returned. We were upset as on the evening of our check out, they told us we couldn't eat dinner and kicked us out of the dining room. We were told by the receptionist earlier that day that our meals were included as normal. We were already sitting at the dinner table, and the waiter must have gone and checked with reception, which was petty. And we had a long and late journey home. We arrived late on our first night, and were given 2 bread rolls and slices of cheese, taken from the breakfast buffet. Apparently this is one of the main evening meals we paid for. Location - As others people say, it is in the middle of nowhere, you'll need a rental car. There are some tours that pick up from the hotel as well. We did one that went to symi. The hotel grounds - The hotel itself is beautiful and small. There were peacocks that were so entertaining. The pool is stunning and there were always sunbeds free when we went. Service - There was the same staff on rotation. We dont know any names. The night we arrived there was a man and we really really struggled with his english which was difficult as there was a lot of information given. The actual service was great. There was always someone at reception all the staff would say hello etc. The main receptionist was lovely and couldnt do enough. But when we had an issue, we fear it wasn't dealt with well, leaving a sour taste overall. We arrived home to find we were missing my brand new perfume that's worth £70. We fear it may have been left behind with packing final items. However, I arrived home to find it missing. We

The best holiday I’ve ever had. All of the staff are absolutely amazing. Breakfast was quiet everyday apart from one day when it was busy at 9.30 (it finished at 10 so we were pushing it). The bar tender made whatever cocktail you would like if you didn’t know what you want for only €12. There was never a fight for the deck chairs as the pool area was always quiet, we never saw more than 5 couples down at the pool. There is a lovely cafe less than 5 minutes down the road called Pavo which does amazing coffee and pastries. It’s only a short walk into Faliraki centre (about 25 minutes) and a taxi to and from the centre is €10 anyway. The food on an evening was amazing for the price of the hotel. You had a choice of 4/5 mains, you would get 2 starters, a welcome dish, a choice of if you wanted soup and then desert as well. Absolutely spectacular holiday. Will definitely come back!
