The place is comfortable, near the location there is a noodle shop that is rame, just maybe because the pandemic & long has not been in the epidemic so there are some facilities that are maximum, such as the bathroom door that locks are broken, The wall with water residues, the air conditioner is less cold (it's only in some rooms)

Both of the pillows cover smells no so good amd one of them partly tear off. Need to be renewed as it was mentioned by the room boy, it has been ordered for quiet long time but never been followed up. This occurs several times during my regular visit as i have to travel there to visit my daughter. Proper control of the customer services need to be adhered to approproately.

The hotel's position is strategic, the hotel is also clean and the rooms are spacious, the room lighting is also good For breakfast, especially the nasgor tastes bland but overall the other dishes are okay

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, easy to find food. Hotel waiters are friendly and helpful customers. The room is worth the price. It's just that the hotel room looks a bit old-fashioned and needs renovation. The bathroom is quite clean and warm water is available. Suitable for transit people in Jember city.
