Summit Lillium Hotel & Spa

1)property is situated at a very calm natural place, one can enjoy the peace of mind. The view from the window is awesome. Pls take premium room for the best view. 2) food was also good, my advice is to add breakfast and dinner/lunch altogether while booking hotel. The reason is food is costly when u go for individual items. 3) wonderful services of staff, they are very polite and humble rooms are very large, neat and clean. Overall our stay at kalimpong at this hotel is awesome. Worth it, go for this

The stay was wonderful in this hotel. Room cleanliness, quality of food, staff behaviour & above all the awesome view from the terrace of dining area! my son loved it so much! even the rooms had such big windows with lovely hill views. Special mention of ms. Smita & the f&b staffs who have been so courteous! the only con is the distance of the hotel from local market area. This is in a bit isolated zone but very peaceful ambience.

Superb location and very friendly staffs. It was a great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall it was a good experience.

I would only recommend this hotel for those traveling with family or a partner, as it offers good safety. However, if you're planning to visit with friends or on your own, I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel has limited activities, and the food is quite expensive.The spa wasn’t available at the hotel, so I had to go to Fortune Hotel (ITC) for it. Maybe next time I should book that hotel instead. The food was very overpriced: ₹75 for a tawa roti, over ₹200 for steam rice, and ₹540 for biryani (which is more expensive than even (Karims or Meghna Biryani), and the taste was disappointing. The prices are like those at Taj, but the quality is lacking. Perhaps the owner of Summit should try the food themselves.

Property is good. Food was good too. Location is convenient, not far from the market. Overall value for money hotel.

The stay was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful. Loved the food and the view from the hotel was spectacular.

Express check in …rooms are in good condition…food was average as per the quality and quantity rate is too high for the food . Rest every thing is good . Well maintained lobby ..staff is very good

Great stay. Hotel staff ( smita) is quite helpful. The welcome is very nice. Housekeeping ganga & sandhya has beautifully prepared our room. Cons: hotel room intercom is not working. We are expected for spa & swimming facilities which is not available right now
