Fantastic location, awesome property, very nice place to stay with family and friends. Tasty foods, humble and friendly staffs, always there to help you at anytime….specially Soumya, Pratiksha and Laxmi to name the few of the staffs. Highly recommended to stay in this property. Would love to visit again.👍

Beautiful property, with a mind blowing view of the town. The Staff were super friendly and the food was also great. The room was spacious and clean .would definitely recommend this place for a perfect weekend getaway.

This place has a great view on a clear sunny day . The service is also good . They have a restaurant as well . It is located just at the right distance from town. It is located at a peaceful quiet place . The place also has a swimming pool and a spa. A great place to spend your holiday or a weekend.

Unfortunately when we went it was under maintenance but despite that the Room with Balcony where we stayed was really outstanding and and team from front desk to kitchen team to server - who served us in open area did everything under their capacity to make our stay as beautiful as possible and i must say they were quite successful doing so. We were really lucky to stay at this place. Food for dinner and breakfast was really the best.

I would definitely recommend people to visit Pine Tree Resort and Spa. We visited Pine tree last month on August 2022, with my friends to watch the 15th August celebration. We witnessed the 2nd largest celebration in India. Not to forget our stay with Pine tree resort and Spa. I was amazed to see the beauty of our hills, the ambiance regardless the hillside, we were in awe 🫢 when we reached there. The staff is really what has me coming back, really friendly and professional. I met this one guy from F&B department, if I am not wrong “Aniket” was his name, I hope to see and meet people like him in and around Darjeeling/ India. He was very soft spoken, professional, patient and insightful. Thank you for your service 👍🏻

Excellent location, friendly staffs and standard food. Views from the rooms are magnificent and pool is well maintained. Spa was another good experience. Room services were prompt and overall maintenance of the property was smartly done. They can think about adding more items to the food menu but it's pretty ok now. Will come back again.

Firstly i thank the hotel management,as it was peak season,but still they upgraded our room to premium .room no.209..all 2nd floor rooms open to balcony with sitting area with direct lawn acess..plus all other rooms in resort have mountain views Pros- 1.Modern facilities unlike heritage hotels 2.Dinner was complimentary but you need to pre order from selected list,breakfast was buffet.Dinner was excellant,breakfast was good. 3.They have in house bar,infinity swimming pool for adult and kids,spa(didnot use it though) 4.Balcony and lawn area are quite good for relaxing. Cons- 1.Safe deposit locker,Hand shower were missing in our room 2.A/C will be installed,but yet to be,boards have been up. 3.Children recreation centre is missing,swings were under construction,could provide a games room.

We visited this resort this month. Excellent service and excellent veiw.Rooms were big.Good food and staffs behavior was amazing. My husband's birthday was there.They helped me to arrange a surprise birthday party. Thanks youfor your lovely gesture. This place is good for homely food.The veiw from each rooms are good

the property is excellent for a staycation in the hills.. the rooms are very big and we had booked the Premium rooms with Varanda.. It opened directly to the garden area (which was the best part) they also have a swimming pool.. the view is also great from this property !!
