A perfect budget friendly hotel with a great view 👌...All the staffs behaved nicely and food items were fresh and delicious... Room were very big and clean...there was a beautiful terrace...Highly recommended hotel Paradiso..just go for it..❤️

A home away from home. Located near Hilltop tourist lodge (WBTDC). If you are lucky enough with the climate, enjoy the beauty of Kanchanjunga peak from your bedroom or with a cuppa sitting on the balcony. Chandrima Madam ***** with her team is always ready to make your trip memorable. Pocket friendly delicious food will surely satisfy your taste buds. Don't forget to visit Gauripur House, where Kaviguru stayed, which is a meagre 20/25 minutes walk. You can also see the house from the the balcony on the east side.

Myself and my partner selected Hotel Paradiso, Kalimpong as our destination after watching few youtube videos and seeing hotel reviews. We selected the rainy season for our tour since last year we visited Darjeeling during Puja holidays which is a peak season and hills great over crowded. This year we wanted to spend our holiday away from the madding crowd and also bag some off season discount. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and wished we could stay here for few more days. Likes:- 1. Deluxe rooms have large balconies / open terrace where you can spend hours looking at the panoramic view of the mountains. 2. Teesta is also visible from the balcony. 3. In the evening the lights of Kalimpong town and the Deolo hills at a distance in between the clouds giving a mesmerizing atmosphere. 4. Bengali cuisine is awesome and quite reasonable. Dislikes 1. 2 kms uphill from main market. Taxi charged me 250/- per trip. 2. The car booked by hotel for pick up arrived 30 mins late at NJP for puck up. 3. Due to weather couldnt see Kanchendzongha. 4. Foods were served very late which according to the manager was due to few staffs were on leave. Overall a very nice place to stay in Kalimpong. I would definitely recommend my friends.

Exceptional stay at hotel paradiso, kalimpong! upgraded to a breathtaking mountain view room without asking. Delicious food, impeccable staff, and a warm host made it a delightful experience. The view was so inspiring that i couldn't resist painting it. Highly recommend

Lovely stay, nice hospitality Liked · Their hospitality, its like home away from home. Food is awesome, specially bengali cuisine is excellent. All the staffs are vry polite, well behaved. Their balcony is amazing. No need to go anywhere, we enjoyed our tea at the balcony, we enjoyed sunrise and sunset with amazing kanchenjungha view. Overall vry nice experience, we will come again vry soon.

First of all the location & view from our room & balcony was superb.Also the room was quite spacious, airy & neat. Apart from this the food was really delicious & all the staff were very co-operative & helpful. We also find nice drivers for our pick up from NJP to hotel and for two days sight-seeing. (arranged by hotel itself) Finally it was a trip with wonderful memories and we are looking forward to visit again. Owner & Manager were also very co-operative & we didn't face any problem during check in/stay/payments etc.

We stayed here one night, a family of 8. The rooms are large but unclean. It is a old place and being run very unprofessionally. The food is tasty but wait!! There was a dead cockroach in a plate of alu bhaja. So you can imagine the plight of the kitchen. So my advise to fellow travelers- Go there at Your own risk.
