House keeping team is very and excellent sepically santosh,ashita,raju,puna , nikita, reeya specially thanks to santosh amd ashita to clean my room and good hotel in kamilmpong and nice view . Execellent hospitality overall by everyone and and its a must visit resort. Highly Recommended

The resort was really amazing with lovely view and well trained staffs . The view was breath taking . Sugandha was very professional and helped us during our stay and also took really good care of my kids and even gave soft toys to them they were really touched by gesture.. Thankyou so much Sugandha for the warmest hospitality will definitely visit here again

stay was excellent and as well hose keeping team are great the names are Santosh,ashita,Reena,puns,Nikita,Krishna,raju, and Tushar are such a hard working persons! And also view are great from room windows! Staying was pleasant with best hotel.

We stayed in fortune resort on 1st May. It was a wonderful experience. The location is amazing with beautiful view of mountains. The rooms are big, clean and well maintained. The reception officers are very helpful. The staff is very humble and supportive. Deepankar, Nikhil and Saumitra to name a few... Everyone is happy to support. Overall 10 out of 10... Thank you guys to make our vacations memorable

Super Friendly Staff , Excellent Hospitality. The Highlights of this resort is the Food and the view. We had a very rejuvenating spa experience . Special thanks to Tania, Parvati , Shubhankar, Soumojit ,Krishna , Sumitra ,Winkey ,Bhumi , Sugandha , Ajay , Suraj , Ayush , Sneha and Trainees Sujan and Ayush for a homely Experience. Will visit again and will recommend everyone to give this resort a try .

Terrible is an understatement for this property the downstairs reception where the cars dropped us looked like a makeshift hut The view is great that’s the only plus point of the whole thing The rooms are nowhere near 5 star quality the bathrooms stink and have not been properly cleaned We paid for a garden access room only to be given one with a garden view but no access to the garden When we complained about this we had to meet a very non cooperative duty manager Ms Bhumi she was not ready to budge ,accept her mistake or offer any remedy for this situation when we said we will write a review she blunltly said ok sir so here it is ……

We all family go out for vacation every year & stay at star category hotels .This year stayed at fortune resort at kalimpong for 4 nights Firstly -hotel ambience is too good & room are spacious well planned . Cleaning is their outmost priority Secondly - fooding is awasome , mouth watering & lots of variety . Subhankar , ayus ( chef ), soumodeep , sumitra , sneha , manas ( chef) took outmost care regarding our food choices Thirdly - regarding staff all are very smiley friendly in nature , morning to night they all took outmost care to all quests in hotels . That's out most importance . Tania , winky ,bhumi , sugandha , ajay all very exceptional in all terms Forthly : at spa , parvati, sweats are also expertise in their massage therapy , they are at their best in service Fifth : one should must must visit fortune resort kalimpong & their other resorts to experience life time memories
