Stay in the same hotel again after a few years， the furnitures and sofa become a bit old. The room is still clean and comfortable. The view is comfortable and beautiful. The weather is a very hot and the receptionist is very nice and give us some bottle water to drink.

The check in service desk is very helpful and provided great service. We stayed over around the CNY period and they even deliver a complimentary hot coconut mochi desert at night for each person. This is something they did to keep everyone warm during a cold night!

Only one staff at the front can speak English. It takes time for the check in. The room was nice.

The hotel is amazing and Beautifuly breathtaking.... I could stay here for days. The room was well prepared and neat. The bathroom is Squeeky clean...The staff is great and the everything is well prepared. The staff are all very warm and helpful. Everything was great.

I really loved the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cito and carina were so helpful and kind. With customer service like that, I will surely book with this hotel again. The only downfall of the room was the air conditioning. It was too hot outside for the thermostat to have restrictions. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very busy until 9, and local cuisine. The noodle station was great! We ordered noodles every morning.

選擇這家酒店的原因主要是有游泳池，且是有規模的酒店，覺得服務會比較周到。果然到現場很滿意的是前台和客房服務人員都非常禮貌耐心，講話都是面帶笑容的。打掃也很乾凈。游泳池每天下午4點開到晚上10點，早上8點到10點，客房電梯到1樓就到很方便。早餐我覺得還行，孩子説很好吃。
