We loved our stay here! Room was very cosy, everything was clean and new. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great! The location is also just perfect, you have everything you need near the hotel and the view is great. There’s street market with various delicious meals opening every night at the square just in front of the hotel. We had a great time there!

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

I enjoy the free soup and the refreshing foot bath after every tiring day of my stay.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

I took my family to Kaifeng during the Qingming Festival and booked a family room. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk checked me in quickly. The rooms all had zero-pressure mattresses, and the room facilities were very complete, with all kinds of daily necessities. Overall, it's very good and worth staying!

The transportation near the hotel is very convenient. The hotel room is Chinese-style, fully intelligently controlled, with free mineral water on the hotel desktop. I am particularly satisfied with the brightness of the lights and the quiet environment. Even my family members who are not good sleepers said they slept well. Most of the hotel's waiters are warm and thoughtful. I didn’t expect that a three-star hotel would enjoy four-star service! I will choose here next time I come to Kaifeng.

The location is great, close to various scenic spots, the rooms are neat and tidy, the layout is reasonable, I can sleep peacefully at night, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful, especially the own parking lot behind the Qiqi Hotel, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. It can be said that people and cars are connected together, which is very convenient. The staff who look after the cars are also very responsible. Although the hotel has a bit of age, it does not affect the peace of mind and convenience of tourists at all. In addition, there is also a foodie street around the hotel.
