Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

The location is great, close to various scenic spots, the rooms are neat and tidy, the layout is reasonable, I can sleep peacefully at night, and the service staff are warm and thoughtful, especially the own parking lot behind the Qiqi Hotel, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. Although the hotel has a bit of age, it does not affect the peace of mind and convenience of tourists at all. In addition, there is also a foodie street around the hotel. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

There is also Kaiyuan Square nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and quite prosperous. If it is summer, you can run along the plank road around the lake, stroll around the square, and feel comfortable and relaxed... I booked a non-smoking deluxe king-size bed room with a good floor height and a balcony overlooking the lake. Although it is not luxurious, it is suitable for this price... The breakfast is average, the variety and taste are quite ordinary, and it should be improved... There is also a bug that the preferential policy booked with the app can only be used for the member's own stay and consumption, but there is no limit on the number of reservations, resulting in the inability to check in to the multiple rooms, and having to cancel and re-order. This system should really be changed. If it can only be used by the individual, it should not allow multiple rooms to be ordered at the same time... Everything else is generally good...

I always book Express Hotels for daily travel, and InterContinental Hotels are more reliable. Holiday Inn Express is a simple style, which I like very much. Stayed from April 6 to April 8. Good location and nice staff. Quite lovely choice for breakfast. Only disappointing point is that there is no black coffee nor tea.
