Hotel di The old area of henan university, Kaifeng

I took my family to Kaifeng during the Qingming Festival and booked a family room. I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk checked me in quickly. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel the owner's care for the room. The area was large and the bathroom was large. The rooms all had zero-pressure mattresses, and the room facilities were very complete, with all kinds of daily necessities. The service staff also provided a guide to the tour, where to have fun, where to eat, how to get around, and introduced them one by one. If you don't understand, they will give detailed answers. Overall, it's very good and worth staying!

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

My wife likes this yard so much, especially the backyard. It is very unique and quiet. The room is quite large and neatly kept. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in and out very quickly. There are so many kinds of breakfast, all fresh and delicious. I accidentally discovered it on Ctrip. It’s a B&B that’s really affordable and has an antique feel. There’s also an interesting elevator in the room. I highly recommend it. Plan to bring my family back next time. On the left is Wuxia City and on the right is Qingming Shanghe Garden. Travel is also convenient.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. I called the front desk to inquire before I arrived at night. I left early the next morning and gave the children small cakes. The courtyard was well decorated. The night view of the Qingming Riverside Park behind was very good. It was great to play in the park for a day. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. Adjacent to the Qingming Riverside Park, the hotel's back door leads to an ancient-style community, where you can see a lot of sights wherever you go while strolling around the community. It is very close to Kaifeng Prefecture, Longting, Iron Tower and other scenic spots. I particularly appreciate the hotel's humanized service. The hollow noodles are smooth and soft, and I love them more and more. As we arrived at the hotel very late at night and the children couldn't get up early to go to the restaurant, the auntie who cooked noodles in the restaurant was very warm-hearted. She cooked the noodles and asked us to bring them up to the children, and also told us that we didn't need to bring back a special bowl. It was really warm and thoughtful. This trip spanned several cities in Henan, and it also started with this aunt. I felt the simple, honest and easy-going spirit of Henan people.

I came to Kaifeng to play in Longevity Mountain Wuxia City. The hotel booked on the first day also wrote the Wuxia City store and the result was 100,000 miles away. The Nanbushe Villa that I booked knew how close it was to Longevity Mountain. He was a city in the city wall, and the surrounding supporting facilities were particularly complete. I have to say that the soup bag at the gate of the community is really fresh, and there is a lot of soup. The boss's little brother has few requirements for service and quality when he retires. The strategy given is to let us go shopping and eat Kaifeng in the way of locals. I regretted booking for a day, and I wanted to continue my stay on weekends without a room. It is worth recommending, everyone is brainless, remember to eat soup dumplings, hahahahahahaha.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

There were so many of us and we went there in advance. The front desk arranged for us to clean the room in advance. It may be because this hotel has to go to Kaifeng again. The environment is great, close to the Qingming Riverside Park and very close to the Qishengjiao Cruise Terminal, making it convenient to enter the park; The service is very good. We communicated with each other in advance, helped to book performance tickets during the Spring Festival, and provided luggage pick-up and drop-off services. Parking is very convenient. Follow the navigation and cross a small bridge to arrive. One drawback: the parent-child terrace room is a bit small, the view from the family room on the second floor is OK, but the view from the family room on the first floor is a bit insufficient.
