The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel has been renovated and using high tech designs for light and sound controls. The room is clean and neat. Our room is facing the back so it's quite. The night market outside the hotel is big and lively. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially 張慧嬌at the front desk who was super helpful and patient with us. 非常感謝張小姐和漫心酒店，讓我們在開封感到的關愛！

Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. I come with big family with 17peoples,the staff even help to upgrade one of family to child friendly room.

Location combined with price was no brainer. Breakfast was very good. The staff is extremely helpful, my special thanks to Ms. Han (I'm the one with the iPhone story). The rooms are very nice. All in all, everything was perfect.

Nice hotel with all you need. Very good value for money! The breakfast is good and offers all you need, even good coffee. The location is just perfect at the drum tower in the city centre. All the sightseeing spots are just a stonethrow away.

Everything was great! Cant find anything else to pock on.
