房間非常寬敞，打掃的也乾淨，贈送了歡迎水果和水，一個房間裏有六瓶水，完全夠了～空調給力，涼爽舒服。
早餐時服務員非常熱情，推薦當地特色，而且可以幫忙把想吃的菜取來～當地特色的蛋酥，花生糕，都非常好吃！！果汁是鮮榨的，味道很淡，沒有加額外的糖，很健康～牛肉湯和胡辣湯都非常推薦！！
缺點是房間裏會有淡淡的煙味，可能真的很難清除乾淨吧…第一天住的時候水池和浴室下水口有強烈的下水道臭味，第二天就基本沒有了，而且在桌上發現了一封酒店提供的道歉信，解釋水質問題…
酒店設施略老舊了，老五星通病。
總的來説，還是非常不錯的。車有點不好停…沒有寬敞的大停車場來着，其實都是停在大門進來之後開向後門的路邊…

酒店前台工作人員看見行李較多，幫忙送至客房，工作人員非常熱情，主動打招呼問候。入住酒店有歡迎水果和飲品，酒店門口有公交到達鼓樓廣場，自駕去清明上和院20多分鐘路程，下次有機會再次入住。

很大方地給升級了套間，房間很大，睡起來很舒服。服務比較貼心。早餐也挺豐富的。美中不足的是wifi信號時斷時續，可能是因為這幾天來參加活動的人太多吧。

房間a空調不製冷，房間b沒有網切床頭插座接觸不良不能用手機充電器充電最後折騰到凌晨終於可以睡覺了，早上八點半！人還沒醒就打電話給人吵醒説有早餐是給我的補償，我缺你一口早飯嗎？十點睡個回籠覺，12點又敲門叫醒，怎麼？閻王都沒你們急，我出來玩兒就是休息的住個破酒店，休息也沒休息好，住也沒住好，我出去找個一百多的酒店體驗都會比這個行吧

酒店位置不錯，停車和出行都挺方便。房間設施齊全安全衞生，大堂客服都很熱情周到細緻入微～早餐品種豐富營養均衡值得一提的是就餐環境非常温馨豪華～另外值得推薦的還有酒店新開張的每天下午5點多鐘在户外對外進行的經典菜品打包外賣，給附近沒時間弄飯的上班族和住店的不想出去吃飯的我們帶來了極大的便利，可謂是賓至如歸的感覺最好體驗❣️高温天氣的一股清流🍧希望發揚光大🙏

能看一眼差評內容，就不至於踩雷，最低0.5分，要是有負分一定給到爆。住了這麼多五星級酒店，還不低的房費，真心這是最最差的！我從來沒見過這麼差的五星級酒店，開拓眼界了。1，一進房間就能聞見特別刺鼻的發黴味混合著強烈的裝修劣質材料的味道。2，酒店的水質非常差，有特別濃的水銹味，血腥味，刷牙洗澡，噁心的差點沒吐了！3，房間的衞生很糟糕，整個房間灰塵多到小孩子大人噴嚏打一晚，地毯臟到我都懷疑你們幾年沒有清洗過地毯了，還有小蟲子的屍體。4，衞生間舊也是了，臟也擺了，花灑還不能用，當然能用也真的不想用了。5，最悲劇的是我還定了兩間房。我想説攜程真的把把關，還4.7的評分，怎麼做出來的，還五星級酒店，怎麼評定的。我要是一間房那是偶然可能，我定了兩間都這樣，那就是必然的有問題。
