Great hostel that provided a great base to explore Kaifeng. It’s nice and central to the Drum Tower market. There are nice public spaces. The dorm bed was very wide and very comfortable. The staff in particular were super. They were friendly and so helpful. They even allowed me to check in much earlier than I was meant to according to their rules - how kind of them. When I left one of them gave me a souvenir of some Kaifeng chrysanthemum tea to take with me. What lovely staff!

Good experience

I think this is the only hostel that is located near the Kaifeng Drum Tower which has plenty shopping shops & restaurants. The hostel located at the rooftop of the building. Overall, the staff was friendly & helpfully even they don't speak English. They have a good facility with clean bed.

Great place for quick travel

Good hostel and location except that the room was quite cold in the winter. Other than that amazing location and convenient.

very good hotel for short stay! a little bit difficult to find, but you can call them and they will come to you (if you are nearby of course) but they don't speak english. Good space in bed, very confortable, and all supplies are present (toothbrush, towels)

Super nice staff (need to speak Chinese though) and the hostel is awesome for its price ! Great location, great beds (I stayed in the 8 beds bedroom and you have a lot of place) and great shared places

There is a Drum Tower Night Market nearby, but the food is not delicious. Locals recommend Heda Night Market, Xishi Night Market, and there is also a Shuyuanmen nearby. The night market is also good. Find the elevator opposite Du Ji and go up to the fifth floor. Environment: The rooftop has beautiful night views, is quiet, and the place is open. However, the cement floor is prone to dust and unevenness when walking around. It would be unfriendly to drag the suitcase, so it is recommended to lay out a blanket. The restrooms, rooms, and public areas are all good. It's just that it's too dry here and my nose feels uncomfortable in the morning. For me, this youth hostel is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in. The environment is perfect. The beds I have had in other places are smaller than this one, and the toilet environment is worse than this one, but other places are more expensive. The bed in the rooftop youth hostel is 1.2 meters long and is reasonably priced. I stayed in a 12-person room, but there were only 3 people when I went there. People came one after another after that. Everyone did not disturb each other, and the quality was pretty good. Sometimes I play games in the evening. If you want to participate, you can participate. It doesn't matter if you are afraid of others. I hide in the room and play with my mobile phone. Moreover, the service attitude of the people at the front desk is so good. They are even afraid of the guests being afraid of others. They say that if you have any questions, you can contact them directly. WeChat, no need to make a special trip there. There are three shower rooms and two toilets for girls in the 12-person room, which are completely sufficient. The disposable toothbrushes here are placed in a place where we can get them ourselves. We don't have to go to the front desk to ask for them. There is also a water purifier outside and disposable cups placed there, which is very convenient when we are thirsty. There is a special washing area with a hair dryer. There are also clothes racks and clothes drying rods in the room. Everyone has a locked cabinet, which can fit my 24-inch suitcase.
