A lovely retreat from the city madness, the complex was clean and staff were lovely! Personally I didn’t like the food however it was all presented well and others in the group enjoyed their meals. Overall I’d definitely stay again if I was doing a similar trip down to Chumpon, not sure I’d go out the way if I wasn’t close by.

Stayed at Nana Resort for the first time. Atmosphere and facilities: - Peaceful, shady atmosphere, close to nature - There are a variety of activities in the accommodation. You can play in both the swimming pool and the river. Life jackets are available. - There is a cafe where you can find something to drink and eat. Can sit in the river - There is only one towel per person in the room. There was no hair towel provided. I called to ask for more and got only a small handkerchief. Cleanliness: The bedroom appears to be spotless. But when I opened the curtains, I found cockroaches clinging to the curtains. I called the operator and said I would contact the housekeeper. I waited a long time and the housekeeper didn't come. The cockroaches ran and ran. Until I had to walk along with the housekeeper who came to clean the other room herself. When they arrive, they will ask to be sprayed with insecticide. We are tired and want to sleep. So he used a broom to chase away the cockroaches. The cockroaches ran around on the curtains, chairs, and floor of the room. It took a while before he could remove them.

Our stay in the resort was really super. When you ask all questions, we were immediately helped and it was very relaxing! We would always like to pass :D

Really love this place, the view is breathtaking and all staffs are so helpful especially the reception cat 🐱 (his name is Sa-Ngeam) he so gentle and human friendly 😄 I will definitely be there again for sure.

Very impressed with the hotel. It is spacious, convenient, and very beautiful. It is clean. All services are good. The hotel allows pets. We rented the whole villa. It was worth it. The only problem is the food. It is very slow. So slow that it is annoying. We ordered it at around 7 pm. We ordered it before going to play in the water. But when we actually ate it, it still didn't come at 7 pm. The food came one by one until it was all ready. In the end, we finished eating at 9 pm. The taste of the food was good. There is nothing to complain about. Finally, I would like to improve the speed of the food. We waited very hungry even though we ordered in advance. The hotel told us to order first, so we ordered first. It is true that they said to run according to the queue, but they should have planned in advance and assembled it. They shouldn't wait until the time is up. I was so hungry that I was dizzy, but the food still didn't come. I felt that the staff didn't feel guilty for calling us. It was like we were in the wrong. From praising everything, I felt very disappointed about this. Everything else was good. There is nothing to complain about. Please keep this in mind. If it can be fixed, it will be perfect.
