I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot.

"The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very helpful. The kids club staff were attentive, and I felt comfortable leaving the kids there. The buffet was immaculate, tasty, and of high quality. I appreciated the efforts of the chefs and kitchen staff. Our group consisted of 30 people from different cities and countries, reuniting after 30 years. We stayed late every night and received good service without waiting. The live music on Saturday night was good, but the stage was small for the group. The Turkish bath and indoor pool facilities were great. Kaya Belek is better than another 5-star hotel we visited, especially in terms of the quality of the Turkish hammam. I want to visit again during the summer to enjoy the pools and beach with good weather."

Hotel was quite superb. Staff very friendly and always smiling. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. First time I have stayed there and will return in February and December. Also food was fantastic. Plenty choice. Hotel also very handy for all our golf destinations.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Great shuttle service to the golf course. Bar staff always on point when it came to us needing another drink. Rooms were good, shower was ok. Golf course on site was very good condition and catered for all of the handicaps we had in our group (3-18). Enjoyed the Spa on the last day.

We were positively surprised. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways: 1. Food offer, flavour, quality and variety was amazing (always something for every paladar). Special praise to chef Özkan for his kindness and awesome treatment to the customers. He showed us which dishes were suitable for gluten intolerance and even took the time to prepare something special for our daughter. Thank you again. Also thank you to Bugra (in the snack bar at the beach) for being so nice to us. These are the kind of things that make us want to go back. 2. The staff was always friendly and most of them were able to communicate in English (that is not the case in many hotels in Lara and Belek). 3. The beach is great, clear water, plenty of available room with sunloungers for a lot of people. 4. Entertainment. Playing darts organized by Tolunay (sorry for the incorrect spelling) was great fun. The shows at night were incredible, especially the acrobats from Mongolia. The shows Save the World and Magic Circus were simply incredible.

Although the hotel has great amenities on paper, it is very tired and dated. Lots of cracked tiles, worn and faded decoration. I would class it as 4 star at best, not on a par with other 5 star hotels in the resort. We asked to move to another room as we were put in a family room with an extra bed which restricted the space and the toilet only came up to my husbands shins! The double bed was pushed up against the wall so nowhere to put a glass of water or book and had to scramble up the bed to get in. The quilt didn’t adequately cover us in the bed and we had to use the other quilt from the single bed to stay warm. We were told by reception all rooms are the same??!! The hospitality Staff are very good and attentive but food was lukewarm at best - choices ok but nothing special. During a 1 week stay we had a Broken kettle (replaced once pointed out), broken door to very small balcony ( tried to fix it but expands in the sun and wouldnt open properly), left with one towel, no soap and no toilet rolls after 5 days. General housekeeping not very good, messy corridor from paint flaking off walls and can someone please clean the dining room windows!! The glass on the balconies and balustrade also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The pool area was great and bar staff very efficient. The kids all looked like they were enjoying the entertainment. Overall not what I expect from a 5 star hotel, think management need to have a think!! They are lagging well behind other hotels in the area.

Great things: - Staff are really lovely - reception, bar, mini club, spa and cleaners. Friendly, trying really hard, helpful and overall made it a pleasure to stay at Kaya. A real highlight! - All amenities as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel, albeit dated. - Food was great and lots of different provisions. Delicious, available at good times and fresh! - The view from the room was beautiful - sea and pool facing. Areas of improvement: - So much plastic plastic straws wrapped in cellophane, plastic bottles with caps not affixed to the bottle, plastic plates. The beach was full of bottle caps, straws and cigarette butts. You can literally see how it will end up in the sea… Hotel needs to eliminate and increase cleaning of the beach if providing these things. Guests also need education but much harder to implement than ditching straws all-together or swapping for paper.. - Smoking seems to be prioritised. Restaurant terrace for smokers is covered and much bigger, whilst non smoking part had a couple of small tables and didn’t have a roof which made it impossible to sit there. Horrible to have kids and families surrounded by smoke. Make it the other way round so smokers should sit further. - Outside pools very cold. Should really have at least 1 heated one. Especially at the kids splash park. Both kids got sick as a result. Just an observation for families - hotel seems to be very popular for groups of men. Makes the vibe a bit different if you want a family holiday.. especially when they’re all smoking around you and gathering in big groups.
