The pools were both shut and so our children, particularly 2 teenagers, were quite bored as the other range of activities are very limited. My sons liked the football cage but my teenage daughter found it very boring as the only Activities on offer are for younger children. We paid a lot of money each day to go out to places to remain occupied so the £1250+ that we paid for the accommodation was very expensive as little was included. The WiFi was very poor and kept cutting out or buffing. The shop was very basic and could not buy many things so we visited the local Jumbo or Aldi which are a 5 minute drive away. Jumbo is expensive! No hand soap provided in the home or in the shop. The indoor play area is small and only suitable for younger children. We had 2 teenagers with us who were very bored on the days we stayed at the park. The accommodation 4x4 was lovely and very well presented. However, the deluxe package of €173 which we paid in addition was very overpriced. As we had to pay an extra €69 for bedding even though the €173 included beds being made, you can’t make beds without having bedding, so it is normal to assume that bedding would be included. The starter package included 2 dishwasher tablets, a tiny bottle of washing up liquid, shampoo and conditioner but we were a family of 6 so it lasted 1 day. It did include 6 coffee pods but only 2 tea bags. We left the park on the lazy checkout so this was beneficial as we didn’t have to worry about cleaning or emptying bins etc. However, we can get this at many other Eurocamps which have much better facilities and activities on offer. We won’t return to this parc and much prefer Eurocamps, the accommodation may not be a luxurious at Eurocamps but facilities on the ones we have visited have been better and more suited to families with different aged children. We are foster carers and have children aged 7,8,12 and 13 and this park wasn’t suitable for the teenagers.
