Själva läge i stan är fsntastiskt nära centrum och resecentrum... Ljudnivå på 7 våningen från gatan var extremt hög pga en terrass av nedanliggande restaurang som har spelad under hela vistelsen förutom några timmar efter 0:00
Under hösten kommer hottell att byggas om
Matsalen för frukost på 4;a våningen är praktisk men saknar trivsel. Frukost är som väntat och har många själv beredda produkter

The service was great and location perfect. Close to the beach, museum, food, parking, etc. My son was especially happy with the beds and breakfast (very fresh and lots to choose from)

Inget tvål på toaletten och snuspåsar på golvet. Är i Jönköping med jobb med jämna mellanrum och kommer ej att välja Portalen igen. Påtalade ”felen” vid utcheckningen och fick ett ”ojdå”.

Run-down and poorly maintained hotel with old, worn-out furniture and outdated equipment in rooms. Parking options are not super user-friendly. No iron provided in the room. The facility does not live up to standards typically seen at other Scandic hotels.
