Ulasan Shama Suasana Johor Bahru (Formerly known as Suasana All Suites Hotels Johor Bahru)

This is our 2nd time staying over here. As it was during the Chinese New Year season period, the hotel reception was being decorated with beautiful season decorations. We felt the CNY mood over here. As it was a short stay of 2 days & 1 night over here. Time is really limited and pretty rush. Wished that we are able to spend more time over here so that we can get to explore more fun and exciting makan venues or shopping malls for cafe hopping or supermarket groceries shopping. It was a very relax stay over here and we have enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us over here. We will be back once again.

All great except the heater is not working and two of four lifts were under maintenance. Otherwise we will definitely be back again.

Luxury and Comfort Combined 👍👍👍 This suite hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was beautifully designed with modern furnishings and had a cozy, luxurious feel. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-end toiletries. We loved the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and the turndown service. The location was also ideal, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale stay!

Chose this place because they have a two bedroom suite that is suitable for families with young kids. Cleanliness met my expectations as compared to other hotels. The water pressure from the shower is very low.

Shama Suasana Johor Bahru is one of the nicest aparthotel I've been to. Well design spacious apartment I've stayed in. And it is nearby CIQ for travellers who frequent visit cross borders. 10 mins is all you need to walk from CIQ to SSJB. 1) Location, opposite Komtar JBCC. Combined with Amari hotel. High floor. Very convenient for walking travellers or self drive travellers. 2) Sufficient and well spaced parking lots near lift lobby. 3) Well designed interiors for a Spacious feel and to my amazed, a walk in wardrobe corner built in with the shower 4) Nice 24 hour eatery downstair and a 24 hour convenience store. Not forgetting, 2 shopping malls available nearby, Komtar JBCC and City Square for shopping needs. Highly recommended for short getaway staycation over the weekends or frequent travellers cross border. Definitely bookmark this SSJB as one of my favourite stay whenever i travel for getaway staycation across border.

Location is good, just opposite Komtar walking distance to City Square. There's a 7 Eleven on the left side of the hotel. Room is large comes with a living room, walk-in wardrobe and a kitchen.

Pleasant stay for 1 night stay. Cleanliness is tip top. Will definitely stay again. Nearby shopping mall and eateries.

The cleanliness is acceptable. But the room I stay I can hear the water sound from the level above me clearly, and the roof got the water stain. Location is near to Singapore custom

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and comfy. Had a great view facing the city. Came with complimentary drinks and light snacks in the room. Rather well equipped for basic pantry usage including microwave and a stove. Big fridge. Living room has modern and functional TV. Breakfast was decent. Also surprised they provided a tea break which we missed due to our itinerary. All basic toiletries provided. No complaint. Highly recommended and will come back.

Overall a Nice place to stay, but can do abit of improvement on to replacing the spoiled bidet in master bedroom. The WiFi connection weak, add more TV channels, eg. HBO, etc...

Love how spacious and beautiful the entire suite is. It's an apartment by itself with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and very comfortable rooms. Location wise is superb, just across the road from Komtar JBCC and Haidilao just right below.

The accom is walking distance from custom, easy checkin and room is clean. Will book again for staycation.

No body soap in master toilet and toilet drainage very smelly...ants at living room

The hotel is located conveniently across Komtar in JB. Just a short walk from the CIQ Complex, with a 24-hour convenient store below and HDL hotpot which is open till 5am.
