Benar-benar menyenangkan menginap di sini. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar bersih dan apartemen dilengkapi microwave dan segala keperluan lainnya. Akan menginap di sini lagi.

Disappointed on the day I booked this studio & there was another cheaper studio but I chose it because I thought the studio would be special. The photos on their websites differ with what I received. The towels are smelly & wet still. Especially duo key. I mentioned them that I need car park the day before but I think they don’t really care coz no access card for me when they asked to take the house’s key in their mailbox then made me drive one round to turn back for the second at lobby to get it. I had been staying many times at R&F used to be my favourite place but honestly with another host. My strongly recommendation with Anju so please check carefully before booking

Location was near CIQ. Room was huge with a view of the sea and causeway, very low level only, refer to photos. Comes with private carpark lot. However it was difficult to find the parking lot within the carpark and exiting the carpark to the unit, we were lost. It was a shame that no toilet paper was available when we checked in. Only after repeated messages to the owner and waiting for a couple of hours then we received our toilet paper. The mall is very quiet with very little activities.

A suitable option for large families or groups of friends. The staff were responsive and helpful, promptly addressing concerns about dirty bed linens and dusty floors by replacing the sheets the following day. However, there is room for improvement: providing hand wash in the toilets and kitchen areas, increasing water pressure in all bathrooms, and expanding access to facilities, as many were reserved for the owners.

Apartment is new and location is very good too. Great access to other amenities like swimming pool and gym. Apartment has towels that are sufficient for our family. He also comes with dental kit like toothbrush and toothpaste. Check-in is quite easy as we liaise with someone over Whatsapp. Overall, a fantastic stay for family with three kids like ours.
