I had a great stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, super clean and convenient (a little bit off the hustle and bustle of the nearby street), the staff exceptional and very helpful, the meals in the restaurant of great quality. I recommend it!

Our entire experience was adequately good with polite customer and room service, friendly managers, clean rooms, hygienic bathrooms among everything else. We were truly satisfied with all our needs. I'd highly recommend this to fellow travellers.

Room is beautiful.. service is very good and staff friendly..location is good and front office staff is very decent and miss shivali was very good nature and all staff was good truly India group was nice food was very teasty and paneer tikka was good

First we get a room in the 4 floor. It was smelling like a smoking room. It was not clean! Yellowed bath, WC seat not fixed. Then at half past seven a party began at the next floor with so loud music that you thought it was in your own room. No lights on in the hallways!!! ***??? Ok asked at the reception what is going on - also didn't get back our passports - just after asking for them! -.- I think it was the hotel manager telling us there is a private party on the roof terrace. So why did the give us a room in the 4rd floor? We change the room into the 3rd. Not better at all. We didn't even take a shower. The bathroom is extremely icky. One of the lamps at the ceiling didn't switch out!!! We tried all buttons. The lamp flickert the whole night... we didn't get any sleep. At breakfast time first nobody was there. Obviously we were the only guests. The service is not trained at all.. they kindly asked us for some meals and served sliced fruits without asking us. We can't eat that! And I am very sorry about that, but it is the responsibility of the hotel management! Several employees walked around but nobody was cleaning up the mess. Even the restaurant was not clean!!!! Messy ground, messy buffet table and also the smell like smoking area. Elevator is absolutely messy... why? This hotel is the first one on our trip that absolutely disapointed and horrified us.
