We had great time at Geoffrey s , had good drinks and delicious food , it's amazing day we had , especially staff are so kind and humble they are made our was beautiful we will visit again thank you so much

Where do I start? Initial impression on entering the hotel lobby is that it is well presented and has some character. However that's just a front for one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We were tired from a long day travelling so went straight into dinner. A fairly limited buffet was on offer which would have been ok but was either lukewarm or cold.... very concerning where chicken, rice and pasta is involved as these are well known breeding grounds for bacteria. They charged for water, although later experience of the hotel's standards made us glad we paid for bottled water. Hilariously a bottle of Kingfisher started at £6.50 and after refusing that they came back later with an offer of £5.... haggling in a hotel, unbelievable! The room was ok ish but no hot water (fixed after complaining) and very scruffy appearance was a big disappointment, as was the bizarre light switching arrangements that meant either total darkness or full lights. Terrible sealing and gaps around sanitaryware and significant traffic noise made this a very unpleasant experience.

Mine was great experience as Mr Lakshay assisted very well very friendly and co operative as mine was a sudden and unplanned one day trip which was successful with the co operative staff Ms.Ankita she provided me such a good room with good deal my child left so happy with great memories Infect I want to bless these front office Ms Ankita and Mr Rakesh

AC was not working fine. ( Informed in reception during checkout) No refrigerator which can provide cold water in June month. Room slippers are not available. Taste of tea and coffee was very bad in the breakfast 😔 Although all the workers are gentle, calm and helping by nature.

The stay was good and comfortable, staff is really hospitable Ankita Lakshya and manhor and always ready to help, rooms are hygiene and quiet good overall the experience has been great for an overnight stay! Would recommend to others for a comfortable stay in jodhpur

The bar in the Park plaza is in a terrible state. Welcomes you with a below par and Poor service at the Geoffrey's and highly mismanaged. Ther is no one to taketour order for atleast 30-45mins unless you ask them 10times to attend you. Then again drinks, food will take ages to get served, forget about the repeat of the food. At any given time they wont be having ice. Better to avoid and keep your calm.

Great service and room! Restaurant in the hotel was very nice. Hotel staff were quick to help with anything needed. Would recommend staying here if your are visiting Jodhpur and sight seeing. Hotel is close to the fort and has food options nearby and room service was great!
