Booked 2 heritage rooms for 21dec, landed with family in jodhpur, took a cab and went to this really far off property by 6pm, only to be informed by the security on arrival that hotel is shut down since 2 weeks. Surprisingly, got 2 reminders from the hotel during last 1 week, reg the upcoming stay and the balance amount to be paid. Am not sure how to resolve this, have written to the hotel, am hoping they will respond and do the needful. Inde hotels, i definitely expected more from you, will reach out to your CEO once I get back from my vacation. What a way to spoil the trip planned with family. Luckily got some option to stay that night within jodhpur, ofcourse had to spend 1.4x due to the last min booking. Thanks.
