Hotel dekat Shuzhenggou Valley, Jiuzhaigou

The location of the hotel is really great. It takes less than 2 minutes to get back to the room after leaving Jiuzhaigou. The beef noodles are the same as most reviews, slightly spicy and delicious. You can order beef noodles alone. A serving of 200g beef noodles is 20 yuan, which I think is a reasonable price in the scenic area. This time I went to make an appointment with the front desk to check out, and the front desk took the initiative to give me breakfast. The breakfast was very average, but the important thing is to participate. At least it is better than before.

A relatively new hotel, the closest hotel to the entrance of the tourist center. The house is relatively new overall, there is no peculiar smell, and the decoration is also OK. The only problem is that the door was kicked and not reinstalled. When I opened the door, it hit the wall and scared me. The glass door of the shower room has some problems. It can be opened inwards and outwards. At first, I thought it was a weird design that opened inwards. The floor heating effect is very good, and I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. The breakfast is not bad, and the chef's skills for dinner are OK. We ordered a pickled cabbage beef, which is very delicious.

Our stay at Rezen Retreat-Four Seasons, located just a 5-minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance, was a blend of positives and areas needing improvement. The Japanese-style room with floor heating initially felt elegant and cozy. However, the experience was overshadowed by some challenges. We noticed stains on the toilet bowl upon check-in, which indicated that cleaning could have been more thorough. Although housekeeping responded quickly, the cleaner only wiped the surface, leaving room for improvement in addressing the issue. Later in the evening, the heater malfunctioned as temperatures outside dropped to -2°C. While the room’s floor heating was a thoughtful addition, it didn’t compensate for the lack of overall heating. When we requested a room change, the hotel declined and instead sent a technician to address the issue. While the problem was resolved, it meant waiting in discomfort, which could have been avoided with better preparation and more focus on guest convenience. The hotel’s location and room design are definite strengths, but attention to maintenance and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience. With some improvements, this hotel could truly match its potential. For now, guests may want to manage expectations when staying here.

The room is large, all kinds of facilities are complete, the toilet is smart, and the room is very clean, the dog in the store is so cute, the boss is also very good, very recommended

Excellent Stay – Clean Hotel & Great Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Klein, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me in booking a bus, making my trip even more convenient. His friendly and professional service made a great impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

Stayed in 2 single bedroom, Overall the experience is good except the cleanliness. Very dusty, found hair and used chopsticks at room corner, we have to call the cleaner to wipe the whole room again. Breakfast variety good

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

Location is good and value for the price. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

The room is very nice and clean. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic and greets everyone when they meet. A free fruit plate is also given upon check-in, which is very sweet. It is also convenient to eat. There is a food street, which is worth recommending
