房間乾淨明亮，訂的房型衞生間沒有乾濕分離還給免費升級了，本來想續住，詢問酒店能否以原價續住，告知不行，也就是第一天可以升級，第二天續住不給升級，我們也沒有強求，第二天九點多詢問前台續住是否有房，説接待了旅行團，原房型已無房，房價也漲了，於是就退房離開。離開沒多久十點多看到有空房就續訂了，結果酒店打電話告訴我們沒房，要我們取消房間，就這麼一點事攜程來來回回交涉好久，不知道中間是否有什麼溝通誤會，反正弄得很不爽，一會有房一會沒房，衹能取消了，改變行程去別的地方，本來一切都很好，就是這個事情弄得體驗非常差，我們並沒有要求酒店必須第二天也升級，只是嘗試詢問了一下，酒店告知無房了就退房了，有房我們就續訂了，也沒有逼着他們升級吧？感覺死活不想你住是怎麼的，莫名其妙
