第一次在攜程網上訂房給差評
首先這個酒店服務體驗很差，我訂房的時候專門要求安靜的房間，最後還是給了我靠着高架的房間，那個吵啊，關着窗户早上都被吵醒。
然後早餐，我們是九點多去在餐廳，布菲爐裏的菜品，包括炒飯炒麪等主食已經基本沒有了，牛奶也是一點沒有，服務員好像是衹負責收早餐卷，我們兩個大人一個孩子，需要補一個人早餐卷，我要求退房時去前台結賬，可是收早餐卷的兩位工作人員，一位要求我現場掃碼付錢，另一位同意我退房時前台結賬，兩位工作人員是沒有培訓好還是酒店管理沒有統一要求呢？貌似其中一位工作人員的意思是怕被逃單。。。。
退房時和前台瞭解一下為什麼我要求安靜房間，確給了我靠路邊吵雜的房間？前台的工作人員衹是很淡定的表示查一下原因，然後就沒有然後了，我也就呵呵了。。。。好吧，畢竟五一確實很忙，對不起，是我給你們添麻煩了
這樣的四鑽酒店，管理和服務上挺無語的。
但是晚上辦入住的工作人員挺貼心，看到有孩子主動拿一套客用品和飲用水。

朋友推薦入住的，房間整體比較乾淨寬敞，隔音也還不錯，沒有特別吵，早餐味道比較一般，吃飽沒問題，吃好不太可能。
