The hotel was excellent as this is my second time i am staying there i was very happy with the services and and the stuff where very helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip i highly recommend it.

The hotel is older. Relatively clean and convenient to navigate to. Could not make the TV to operate but who cares.

Very nice hotel. Bidet in the bathroom is wonderful. I would stay again. The breakfast was nice, but all Chinese food.

1.攜程上面寫的此房型是在 15 層，結果一進去大廳前台説已經免費幫你們升級房間，結果“升級”成了 8 樓。描述裏面的水果也是一個空果盤。看評論裏其他人説的高樓層提供果盤的。所以到底是升級還是降級不得而知。 2. 好歹也是所謂的"高檔"酒店，cheap 到電視會員也沒有。衹能買他們小米電視的會員。是的，基本住一個賓館就要你一個影音會員，什麼優酷，愛奇藝都不能用。 3. 入住的時候前台説早餐是 7-9 點。早上打電話問樓層的時候又説到是 9:30。要是我 9 點起床肯定就以為來不及不會去吃了。不知道是業務不熟悉還是故意撒謊。

酒店房間比較舊，首先説點好的吧，前台的小妹很熱情，介紹了周邊吃飯的地方，客房服務也不錯。我一般是不給酒店負面評價的，但是這次是真的不吐不快，酒店雙床房不知為什麼把燈光和窗簾控制按鍵放在枕頭後面，睡覺時候衹要動一下不是燈亮了，就是窗簾開了，這個奇葩智能設計也是真讓我無語，還有就是餐廳的服務人員，吃早餐時候我和太太兩個人取了5個手掌心大的燒餅，他居然以質問的口氣問我:你拿那麼多吃的下嗎，我也真是服了。這個價位的酒店本來也沒對早餐要求多高，可也不至於吃點燒餅還要被嫌棄吃多了吧。

酒店新裝修，房間中等大，但智能設備用起來方便。房間乾淨，洗澡水熱。酒店窗外視野開闊，江邊公園優美空氣，水質均對健康有利，酒店附近大型商場各種檔次飲食多樣。前台工作人員服務周到，給我們升級了房間，房內送歡迎小點心，胡海金經理熱心幫我調試電視頻道，熱心介紹有煙火氣中餐館，餐廳早餐豐富，工作人員均和氣可親。總之相隔四十五年來金華回顧遊，住此酒店非常愉快！

過年來金華旅遊，一家人入住3晚，得知需要在房間內吃年夜飯，熱心安排摺疊桌椅，全程感受到，前台，客服，打掃阿姨得熱情招待，性價比也很好高推薦入住。位置不錯，去周邊景點都不遠。

😓慎重考慮吧..剛進浴室，打開水龍頭看着防滑墊上就有一大撮頭髮，很明顯那個頭髮，都沒有收拾掉，剛開始以為是蟑螂給我嚇死了，然後推那個門發現那個門也是壞的，沒鎖還壞掉了推都推不上，傷了床之後這個床一打開中間有一條臟臟的東西不知道是啥…然後另外一個床上不僅有一些細小的毛線還有不知道誰的毛那麼短，真的是服了很糟糕，差評…
