訂了兩個挨着的套間，房間最大問題是製冷時不時罷工，還有過一次短路調電，前台讓機修師傅上門速度還是可以的。節日期間滿房狀態下，工作人員手忙腳亂，我這邊房間沒有放水另一間缺洗漱用品，就看到實習生一直各房間躥補物料。這邊的人員配備不足以應付滿房狀態，昨天入住很多客人都在等房還沒打掃出來，整個大堂很亂，等客房的客人素質很差，丟的茶几上都是垃圾。再説餐飲説實話挺差的，服務人員沒有服務意識是最大的問題，訂的攜程的套房帶早飯和正餐，兩個房間應該是四大兩小，少拿了餐券後去調整，左邊前台戴眼鏡的服務人員要求出示訂房證明（含餐），這部分我認為沒問題，但賓至如歸和服務該有的專業度的話術和情緒價值都沒給到。餐廳工作人員更是，有個年紀偏大的餐廳工作人員，5/4中午正餐時間出現的，我説要打包一點水果走，因為午飯後需要趕回上海，午飯吃完要隔半小時吃水果，關於打包這個問題，餐廳領導説不給打包，我説我的套餐包括四個大人兩個小孩的，但我實際衹有三個大人吃，打包一些水果不過分。有個老阿姨一樣的領導對着我説，前台欠你的餐券你問前台要，關我們餐廳什麼事，説完就走了。你當你自己是哪個祖宗，你這上過培訓課嘛，你知道什麼是服務意識嘛？

【十年後的價格，十年前的水平】
「環境」房間都沒打掃乾淨，地上都有頭髮和灰絮；
「設施」傢俱和設施感覺就是十年前如家酒店的樣子，沒有温馨感也沒有智能化；
「服務」自駕過來晚上8點15分左右才到的酒店，被告知沒吃的了，最近的餐館在縣城裡整整離着30公里。這明明是五一假期誒，餐飲部的大廚們都沒人值班的麼？餓了要吃飯，於是衹能再開40分鐘去找吃的。
其實如果衹是以上問題，我可能還會打個三星。讓我打一星的原因在於，明明事先統計了住客的車牌號，想請別的車主挪車，竟然跟我説“車牌號是用來交給交警隊的”
，挪車需要自己找110/114。我都服了，那請問酒店提前好幾天就統計我們車牌號幹嘛？意思是交了自己不存一份的嗎？
衹能説我花了五星酒店的錢，住的還有沒有十年前的五星酒店好，這個價格是真的很不值。
ps. 整個景區裏就移動有信號，聯通就完全沒信號沒網，聯通用户慎選。
pps. 名字裏的“港府君瀾”，不是君瀾，跟“君瀾酒店集團”沒有任何關係。

環境很好，在景區裏面，有很多遊玩項目，包括竹筏，小火車等等，適合親子遊玩，正值二月蘭開花，水杉叢林中開滿了二月蘭，猶如童話般美麗，躺在吊牀上面，非常放鬆

房間不大 景區裏的酒店周圍環境不錯 送了漂流的票子 酒店裡沒啥餐飲 出去吃飯必須要自駕 因為景區很偏 前台小蔣很熱情 有求必應 在走廊上遇到也是笑盈盈的

酒店位於金湖水上森林公園內部，環境優美，空氣清新。酒店設施還不錯，房間外的大陽台可以聯通相鄰的兩個房間，建議稍加隔斷，也可以再陽台上擺放一些桌椅，否則太過空曠。衞生方面，陽台需要認真打掃，有點臟。酒店自助早餐品種不夠多，而且補充的很不及時，從我進餐廳到離開餐廳的一個小時，有至少四個餐盤始終是空的，一共就補充了一盤培根，一盤白饅頭，還有一些水果。這個早餐水平，十塊錢都不配。
