Hotel di Manting Park/Ethnic Cultural Park, Jinghong

The location is excellent. It is closed to many restaurants. Across street is a mall with a few stores. The staff  service is excellent. I was given a cup of tea when I register. I asked for a room on the upper floor and was given one. The room has everything that I need. I prefer a bright room with light switches by the bed and they are all there. Even the curtain can be closed by a button. The breakfast is adequate. My personal preference is more western style breakfast but I guess their clientele is mostly chinese. Coffee is provided in the breakfast area as well as inside the room. 2 ‘balls’ of tea were provided daily which I love.  I like the shower room . The shower room with the toilet remains dry because the shower has a door. I like the shower gel , shampoo and conditioner dispenser as they are more environmentally friendly.  I received a WeChat that even offers  ‘doing the laundry for us and return the clothes to our room ‘. The owner really try his best to please his customers. When I return my room card, the staff gave me a big surprise, a box of rose cookies for my trip. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel deserves many more ( all )  5s because it really strive to help and assist their clients. Stay here when you are looking for a hotel. You will agree with my comments. 

遠離了告莊的喧囂，在勐泐大道上一家位置還不錯的酒店，離曼聽公園和總佛寺很近，附近好吃的超多，出門右邊就可以看到山上金光閃閃的莊凱大金塔，沿着勐泐大道向西一直走就能過江來到星光夜市。 房間燈光都是智能化的，調節起來很方便，衞生也不錯每天都有阿姨打掃。最喜歡的一點是他家可以租電動車，衹要30一天，還不用按金，在市內隨處騎騎感受熱帶城市的風情真的太方便啦！

For three consecutive days, there has been no change at all. There are so many fruits in Banna, can't it be richer? The swimming pool is not open, but the Wyndham next door is open. There is also ”Xiaodu Voice Intelligence” in the room, which is okay. There are also some services in Ctrip's package. For example, the mini bar service is only available once, and there are no welcome flowers arranged. It's a bit disappointing. Hope it can be improved later. Also, you can write down the specific differences between each room on the web page. I feel that each room has its own characteristics but it is not shown. I can't help but feel that the rooms are all the same ~ and the prices are different ~ The toiletries are pretty good. I feel good about the toothbrush. There is also a sewing kit, but there is no soap. Auntie kept it quite clean.

The room is super super super clean and the bedding is super super super comfortable. I have been to many places and stayed in thousands of B&Bs and hotels, but this is the first time I have stayed in such a comfortable bed and such a clean B&B! ! ! The location is very convenient. It is next to Manting Park. The balcony is facing Manting Park. The environment is very quiet. There are also many delicious barbecue restaurants around. The owner's decoration is very tasteful. All in all a strong recommendation! ! ! ! ! I have a small suggestion: the material of the shower gel and shampoo shelf in the bathroom can be changed, or put a non-slip mat, because the three bottles keep sliding down when they get wet, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to have to put all the bottles on the ground when taking a shower convenient.

The environment is good, the location is OK, the hotel has a pick-up master, the people are also very good, the internal environment is also in line with my aesthetics, the facilities are relatively complete, the opposite is the oil town, you can eat, the overall feeling is still very good at the beginning. But in the morning of check-out, because the car contacted in advance arrived, so I was too anxious to eat breakfast and forgot the room card on the restaurant table. The cleaning said that I would go downstairs and tell the front desk. I went downstairs and explained the situation to the front desk. The male front desk opened his eyes and smiled, saying, how do I know if you really put the card on it? I said you can't know if you call the restaurant now? He said that we don't know the staff of the restaurant, and there is no contact number for the staff of the restaurant. You check out first. After I finish, I will confirm it at the meeting. I said you will confirm it now, otherwise I will leave later, what if the card is taken by someone else? Then he called the restaurant to confirm that he had found a room card. Then he looked at me with suspicion before letting me go, saying that if I found a room card in my room, I would call me again. Really very speechless, obviously can call the restaurant to confirm immediately, is to sneer, and lie to me that I can't contact the restaurant? Then the next second you call them, don't you hit your face? Obviously I have confirmed with the restaurant that I have found a room card, and no one else said that I missed the room card. If there is a problem, I will contact me. Do I have to greedy you for this room card? Even if the room card is 50 yuan, who is worse than this money? I know it is a small problem, but this small problem before I left, let me have a bad impression of this hotel, and the previous goodwill has also dropped significantly. I hope the hotel can strengthen the quality management of some personnel. (Other staff are still very good, the cleaning aunt and the restaurant cooking aunt are very good.)

Bad aspects: The surrounding environment is poor and dirty, the front desk clerk has a bad attitude, you need a deposit to borrow an umbrella, and then return it quickly and complain that you trouble him, say some unpleasant words, which seriously affects your mood!

The location is easy to find, because I was worried about the smell soon after it was newly opened. When I checked in, I found that there was no smell at all. It was hygienic and clean, intelligently controlled, and the service was very good. There was a handsome guy who called in advance to give the location of the hotel and introduce the surrounding attractions. Room type upgraded. The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can take a taxi or something. There are also special restaurants nearby, and there are barbecues and other things in the evening. The most important thing is that behind the room is the Elephant Performance Center of Manting Park. It is very convenient to walk to the park. I’ll stay here again next time I come!

In order to be closer to the General Buddha Temple, it is convenient for families to stay. I chose a homestay that I decided for a long time. I am very satisfied after I check in. I recommend it! The real scene of the hotel is the same as the photo. The interior, exterior, and public areas are all what you see and what you get. The design is strong and the facilities are perfect. Actually only 100 meters away from the total Buddha Temple, too close, I feel that I can go shopping every day, hahahaha! Quiet in the middle of noisy, the bedding is very comfortable, and the rest is very good. In addition, the service of the homestay is very, very good. Not only did it pick up the station, but also gave a lot of practical suggestions, especially the recommended restaurant and barbecue are delicious! If you feel any problems, just find them! The location is very near to Manting Park, it’s pretty convenient. You can also walk (if you like walking) to Night Market. But (!) i stayed in the hotel one week and the cleaning ladies didn’t change my bedding even one time!! I was using the same bedding the whole week. Even when I made it suddenly dirty no one changed it. Plus (!) when I took a shower on the first day I saw lot of black hair in the shower room. Cleaning ladies also are too noisy in the mornings. Please, I’d like to say to the hotel to check the rooms before to let people stay there and talk you your staff to be quite in the mornings, because not every one wake up such early. Thank you.
