Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

The last stop in Banna was arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which was the most correct arrangement for this trip. The room was clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony view was great, which made the body and mind relax. I made an appointment for hotel service in advance, and saw two elephants on the bed as soon as I entered the room. The hotel swimming pool was also very clean, and the bubble party in the afternoon was also loved by the children. The intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the hotel lobby were also worth experiencing... I made an appointment with Anman for travel photography. The clothes and accessories were very beautiful. The hotel gave us simple photos, and if we wanted something more exquisite, there was an upgraded service. Children could wear accessories alone. The photographer was very professional and captured very smartly. The environment of the hotel was also beautiful. Almost every photo was good. I might have to struggle to choose the photos. In short, it was worth it! ~

The hotel is located in Gaozhuang, close to the Xingguang Night Market and the city. We booked a river view room. If we don't go out, we can just look at the Lancang River from the window, which is also a good way to relax. Some people say that staying in Gaozhuang is very noisy, but we all slept well. The guy who picked us up at the airport was very good and thoughtful. He sent us all the guides he compiled. We chartered a car to Nannuo Mountain the next day, and he also led us throughout the journey. I am very satisfied with this trip.

The hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Mekong Jinglan Hotel integrates Dai culture into every detail! I especially like Xiao Dong's professional and meticulous service. We were upgraded to Jiang. The night view is breathtaking. The peacock feather decoration in the lobby and the palm leaf scripture totem in the corridor are refreshing. The hotel offers free Dai pottery making experience classes every afternoon. The teacher teaches us how to make earthenware, and the finished products can be taken away as souvenirs. The children are excited to hold them all the way. The Dai brocade exhibition at Jinglan Art Museum amazed me even more. The Dai paper lanterns in the room are soft and warm. At night, I participated in the bonfire party in Mengbala Naxi, danced the ”Ga Guang Dance” around the fire, and felt the pure Dai family love. A must for culture lovers!

The environment is very good, the room is spacious and bright, I am very satisfied with my stay and the experience is very good. The quilt and pillows are soft and comfortable, the bedding is very clean, the bathroom has enough hot water, the air conditioner is very powerful, and the bathroom in the room is very clean. The room attendant was very enthusiastic, polite, and attentive. He recommended us surrounding attractions and some snacks, and reminded us of things to pay attention to when traveling. The hotel is in a very good location and is very convenient for traveling. You can see the Lancang River and Gaozhuang Xishuangjing from the window. The scenery is very good and even more beautiful at night. It is also very close to the night market and bar street. After dinner, you can go to the Lancang River to enjoy the breeze and visit the night market. It's very pleasant to stroll around and sit in the bar. The hotel parking lot is also very large and parking is very convenient. A very satisfying stay experience, highly recommended.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is also very good, the breakfast is not bad, I booked three nights and asked the front desk to arrange a quiet room. The overall experience of this stay is very good. There is only one thing. The weather in Xishuangbanna is quite hot. It would be more thoughtful if there was a small refrigerator in the room

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!
