Prior to our arrival, the hotel's attentive concierge, Veina Li, reached out via WeChat to inquire about our specific requirements, ensuring that our stay would be personalized and comfortable. Her meticulous preparation of the room, which included child-safe amenities and playful touches, demonstrated a remarkable level of care. The hotel's vast premises and family-centric facilities were a huge hit with us. The dedicated children's area, filled with engaging activities and toys, kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. Moreover, the hotel organized various family-friendly events that allowed us to bond and create lasting memories. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a kids' menu that was not only nutritious but also presented in a way that appealed to young palates. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and stands as a shining example of what exceptional family-friendly accommodation should be. We were traveling as a big family of six adults, one toddler, and one infant. Everyone enjoyed their time here. Rooms are clean with lots of amenities; buffet style breakfast has lots of delicious and nutritious options; and my two kids certainly enjoyed the kids playground, swimming pool, and various guided activities. Shout out to Zoe (小李） who got in touch before check-in and provided great service throughout our stay. Would recommend this hotel to family with kids.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel!!! We where with 2 families and everyone enjoyed- there is a lot of activities for the kids. And the breakfast was one of the best we ever had!!!! And the service was fantastic 🙏🙏🙏 10/10

As the most passionate and loyal enthusiast of Intercontinental, I did not hesitate to choose the Crown Holiday Inn under Intercontinental's umbrella for this trip to Xishuangbanna. The overall style of the hotel is luxurious and appropriately distinctive, perfectly integrating Dai culture into it. The concept of intercontinental people-oriented is reflected in both the concierge service and room care service upon entering the hotel. This is a perfect trip!!!

My son and I loved this hotel. The rooms were so elegant, the service was incredible and the facilities were excellent.

The service was excellent - especially Ms. Veina (Head of reception/guest relations). Ms. Veina is not only a very charming and helpful person, but she really tried to make my trip a very special one. No request was too much for her, she always showed a true sense of hospitality and provided very professional service. Also the breakfast team was very accommodating and supportive - a really nice, young and enthusiastic team. Many thanks for a fantastic stay! I certainly will try to return again soon.
