Taoyi Dongjiao Hotel (Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Block)

The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. Even the seven-day convenience hotels weren't this bad. I dropped off my luggage and went out for a walk. When I returned to the hotel that night, I was shocked by the awful cleanliness. 1. Cleanliness: I'd read online about the poor cleanliness before booking, and I was optimistic, thinking it wouldn't be so outrageous. But upon check-in, the bathroom and toilet floors were incredibly filthy. Black dirt was stuck to the floor, disgusting. 2. The bed was covered in black, dust-like clumps, and there were dyed hair and eyelashes under the pillow—absolutely outrageous. 3. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. With so many people, the only thing we could eat was fruit. 4. There was a staircase at the entrance, and I had to carry my luggage up myself. There were no staff to help. The hotel's only positives might be the exterior and the proximity to the Taoxi River, but it still requires a taxi or bike ride.

Feeling like home! The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and a quiet and comfortable environment. The guest rooms are warmly and elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and clean, making people feel at home. The service of Xiao Qiu at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, which left a deep impression on us. The breakfast was also delicious!

The two customer service staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for us tourists from afar and also delivered the luggage to the room.

The hotel is surrounded by complete supporting facilities, making travel easy and convenient. The hotel lobby receptionist Youmei Xiaolong was very considerate and helped to send out nearby guides, recommended dining times and precautions, and helped to request breakfast. The room is quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable.
