酒店位于文創區內，晚上景色漂亮，酒店的外表設計有點工業風，房間設計簡潔舒適，住了兩天，不是擠滿人的酒店，感覺很優閒，適合我們想放鬆慢活的步伐，酒店員工服務態度好，餐廳食物有可以進步的空間。值得推薦的酒店。

一家外強中乾的酒店，川上不行。如果凱悦有房建議直接入住隔壁凱悦。酒店的外觀和地段都很好，但是內部設計和管理都差強人意。整個過程的體驗感很差，從停車場到大堂需要按兩次密碼才能上樓。號稱有管家服務，但酒店打電話來衹是跟我們説空調壞了也不説解決方案，説整個商區都這樣。停車場也需要我們另外打電話自己確認，並且前台以微信加滿了為由給我發了一條文字短訊。入住後，前台又以微信加滿為由給了我們一個手機號，跟我們有什麼事打電話，説實話微信號加滿不是什麼值得驕傲或者難解決的事吧。 入住期間，發現房間有蚊子，打電話説：請問你們有電蚊香麼？ 前台的回答是：有，怎麼了呢？ ” happy hour也可以忽略不計，總之不要期待太大，服務太令人失望。 再説説設計，馬桶對着床，圖上的窗簾是不能拉的，洗手枱的水龍頭水流很難操作，也沒有任何設計風格可言。

外面34度的高温，室內温度26-27度，沒有空調，沒錯，空調壞了要4月份才修，沒有任何告知，自己發現問了才説的，他們説沒想到天氣會那麼熱，也沒有任何預案，旁邊工地徹夜施工，噹噹噹敲到後半夜，門開着太吵，關着悶熱難忍，最後我自己**下單風扇，沒錯我自己下單風扇，奇葩吧？敢想像吧！！
