Hotel Atour di Jingdezhen

The hotel is clean and quiet, and it’s a short (20-Minute) walk from the stunning Yuyaochang Imperial Kiln museum. Several bars and cafes are nearby, but there’s almost nothing that opens before 10:00am — and since the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, if you want a morning coffee, you’re out of luck. Still, the neighborhood has a shabby charm and is far better than the grim downtown. Also, the staff was very friendly and let us have a late checkout.

I went to Jingdezhen Taoxichuan with my family during the Qingming Festival. It was a good experience to stay at Hyatt Place during the peak season. They would call in advance to confirm the arrival time and make the sofa bed in advance. The hotel housekeeper Liz sent the surrounding tourism and food guide, which was really helpful information. In addition, she sent welcome fruits and family breakfast. The room was clean, the hot water was fast, and the room had a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, which was a very good configuration.

We chose this hotel without thinking during the Qingming Festival, but it gave us an unexpectedly comfortable experience. The hotel is surrounded by quiet lakes and green trees, with flowers and birds singing without noise. The lobby is low-key, heavy and luxurious, with high-end stone, and the front desk service attitude is good. The room is not big but the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large and the facilities are well maintained, without odor. Although the room is arranged in a corner, it was very quiet for the two nights we stayed. Snacks such as fruit yogurt are given every night, and the breakfast is rich in variety. We chose two local restaurants on the nearby street, both of which tasted good. The Ceramics Museum is about a ten-minute walk away. This is the first time I have written such a serious review, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The 3-day, 2-night hotel package purchased from Ctrip includes breakfast for two days, a buffet dinner for one night, a mini bar, and drinks in the hotel lounge once. It exceeded expectations! 👍👍👍 The hotel is right in Taoxichuan. You can walk to Taoxichuan to visit and shop at the night market. Opposite is Taoxichuan Grand Theater. It is about 15 minutes away from the North High-speed Railway Station. The location is very advantageous. The design of the hotel lobby is in line with the local ceramic culture of Jingdezhen. The colors of the hotel walls (red bricks🧱) and the floor (cyan) both contain ceramic elements. The welcome drink is the local Fuliang black tea. Thumbs up. The room is large and the bathroom is reasonably designed. Smart toilet. Double sinks, which can be used by two people at the same time. Prepare a small makeup mirror and a large full-length mirror for makeup. The quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner is very high. In addition to the seafood, sashimi, and small hot pot of the general buffet, local special snacks are also added. PS The drinks (red wine, wine, cocktails) and beverages at the dinner buffet are all free to drink. Finally, let me tell you that the hotel has tour reservations. My friend had been there and felt good, so I went there directly this time. We arrived at night, and there was an authentic Jiangxi restaurant next door, which was very good. The hotel environment is good and quiet. I like the tatami design very much, where you can read and write. It feels good 👍 I like the flowers in the room. The shower head in the bathroom is very comfortable, and the bed is also very comfortable, with two different pillows, which is very detailed. The air is fresh in the early morning, and it feels great to wear Hanfu to take pictures in the park.

Xiao Shi at the front desk was very enthusiastic and empathetic. When checking in, she saw that someone brought a baby with them, so she helped upgrade the room and took the initiative to arrange baby slippers and toiletries, which made me feel at home. Very considerate, I like Xiao Shi's service👍 The check-out process was also handled by Xiao Shi on duty, with high efficiency and great initiative, reminding us to bring our belongings with us💗 It is worth mentioning that the professionalism of the cleaning lady in the bathroom of the restaurant on the second floor needs to be improved on April 9. She talked about other customers smoking in the bathroom in public and talked loudly with other employees for more than ten minutes (although smoking is not appropriate)

The hotel's location is OK. It is easy to park in both the ground and underground parking lots, and there are many parking spaces. After the license plate is entered into the system, it is free to enter and exit as many times as you want every day. It takes less than ten minutes to drive to the Imperial Kiln Museum, and it takes only five or six minutes to walk to the famous local Lele food stall. Friends who like nightclubs can stay here, make an appoin**ent for a night tour of the Imperial Kiln, and then go to the food stall. It is still good. The breakfast variety is OK, and there is a wide range of choices. The mattress is hygienic and the quilts and sheets are very clean and have no odor. However, the standard room is very small, and the bathroom and shower room are even narrower. The distance between the toilet and the washbasin is so narrow that you will hit the toilet behind you when washing your face. When the bathroom door is opened, it will hit the glass door of the bathroom. Every time you go in, you have to be very careful to push it open so as not to hit the glass. The conditioner is not updated in time after use, and it is a decoration. When you wipe your face with the face towel, you smell a used smell, which is a bit disgusting. There are seven or eight steps from the underground parking lot to the elevator, and it is a bit difficult to drag the luggage. The temperature was 18 degrees when I checked in, but the air conditioner in the hotel room only had hot air. The room was about 24 degrees without the air conditioner, and it would be over 26 degrees in ten minutes after the air conditioner was turned on. But the environment was very stuffy with the doors and windows closed without the air conditioner. There was no cold air. The sleeping comfort was very poor. It was hot when I covered myself with a quilt, but cold when I didn't. I sweated a lot in the middle of the night, so I had to open the window for ventilation. I didn't sleep well all night.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries have a light porcelain kiln fragrance (local feature!); ▪️ The breakfast is directly enshrined‼ ️ Jingdezhen’s rare freshly boiled clay pot soup + handmade dumplings, as well as alkaline water cakes, dumpling cakes and other local snacks. After eating, you will fall in love with this city! Take a taxi to the China Ceramics Museum for 10 minutes, which is super convenient for night tours; • It is strongly recommended to choose a twin room! It is very suitable for friends to come and play or for family travel. The space is large and you can share tables to drink tea; • Miss Yanzi heard that it was our first time to Jingdezhen, and she also helped recommend several unpopular but super artistic pottery studios.
