前台是一個特別温柔的小姐姐，對孩子特別有耐心，酒店早餐品種好多可以根據自己的喜好，因為我是工作日去的所以沒什麼其它客人，但是酒店還是給開了温泉，孩子們還唱歌看電影都樂不思蜀啦，總之以後還會帶玩再過來滴✌✌✌

定了山景房，首先説房間，設施衞生和裝修都很新，全屋地暖，也很舒適，有陽台，景色也很美，工作人員服務也很熱情，才去時定的一間房有些瑕疵，店家很快幫忙換了房間。酒店有温泉，可能是春節期間的原因，就開了一個池子，沒泡起來，就去游泳了，泳池恆温，很舒服。早餐也很豐盛，整體感覺非常棒

環境:酒店環境非常棒，無論酒店裡麪還是酒店外面環境都非常棒，酒店一樓有個恆温泳池，孩子們玩的特別開心，五樓還有健身房，電影院，棋牌室
服務:從酒店的經理到前台都特別熱情，很有親和力
飲食:無論是自助餐還是中餐廳都非常好吃，我們都是光盤的，皖南菜真的很好吃，孩子們也愛吃，性價比很高

房間雖然不是很大，但是很乾凈，床品也很舒適。早餐和晚餐都還不錯。停車位基本夠用，尤其是還有一個充電樁，雖然是慢充，但是也夠用了。5樓還有影音室，可以看電影。

皖南318網上為數不多的酒店，環境超級棒。
【位置好】去水墨、月亮灣和青龍灣都不遠，對面就是青龍灣漂流。
【體驗棒】住了2晚，酒店視角好，落地窗酒店的餐食也可以。

酒店處在眾多民宿競爭下，價格顯示了其業績信心，房間智能時尚空間大，住宿條件碾壓民宿，有露天室內兩個泳池，滿足小朋友夏天玩水需要，另外還有4個温泉小池天冷可以期待，酒店中餐廳有孩子喜愛的餐食，美中不足有兩點，一是停車場太小，來遲了要停離酒店100外另一處；二是服務生硬，12點退房很堅持，即便在酒店吃箇中餐也不例外。
