Due to early flight arrival, we reached the hotel early. We approached the reception for early check-in, and one of the senior staff is so nice to allow us to check in which I really appreciated. This hotel is ideally located, there was a Zhongshang park and Baotu Spring opposite the hotel and walking distance to the shopping centre and night market as well. We will recommend it to our friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Jinan.

The location is excellent. Quancheng Square, Baotu Spring, Heihu Spring and Daming Lake are all within walking distance. The table tennis theme hotel is very unique. It is the first time to stay in such a unique hotel. The experience is good. The room is on a high floor, and you can see Quancheng Square and Hang Lung Plaza outside. The air conditioning and heating in the room are sufficient. Even in the severe winter, the room is very warm. The service staff has a very good attitude. They gave children slippers and toothbrushes, yogurt every day, and customized refrigerator magnets when checking out. Very good, here to praise the work number 810, 812, 822.

Good hotel and very strategic located at the city centre of Lixia, walking distant to the street market. Shopping malls also around 15 - 20 minutes walk. Room was clean, given fruit platter as a welcome gift very thoughtful. Extra coffee sachet given also…bed was comfy .. they provide Siaotu.. AI kinda instruction you can ask anything and given answered. You can ask to play music.. switch of the lights…

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

It was a hot day when I visited Jinan, but the hotel made me feel refreshing. Lemon water at the reception was so cool and tasty that I felt refreshed. Receptionists didn't speak English but were very polite and caring. Room is beautifully decorated, sparkingly clean. Breakfast is tasty with a large selection. It's located west of 大明湖公园. I stayed only one night but wish to have more days. I'll be very happy to stay again if I have an opportunity to go to Jinan.

An amzing fe days in Jinan. Was a last minute trip for a bit of work and leisure. But so worth it. This time of the year mean all the tourist crowds weren't here. The scenery and Quietness was amazing. If you only have a few days to stay then I recommend this hotel as close to moat and easy walk to all main attractions. Things to see: *Walk the moat *Chaoran Tower *Daming lake *Baotu Springs *Honglou Church But many other places to see.

Ziyueming Lake: Lazy time and pleasant enjoyment The room arranged by Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wang at the front desk this time is charming at first sight, with a panoramic view of the sparkling lake. Waking up in the sunshine by the lake in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening, every moment is full of poetry. The hotel's afternoon tea adds a sense of refinement to the journey. In the hotel tea room, tasting the carefully prepared desserts and fragrant tea, time seems to slow down. The lake and mountain scenery, delicious meals, and thoughtful service together weave into an unforgettable leisure time. I will definitely come again on my next trip!

The hotel is very nice and in a great central location, however our stay wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped due to broken air conditioning. It got up to 28 degrees while we were trying to sleep and was very uncomfortable. They did give us a fan to use but it didn't help much. The only other complaint we have is that their gym facility is not so great, the weights are super light, so not appropriate for a big workout. If the air conditioning was working it would be a fantastic hotel. Hopefully they get this fixed very soon. The rooms are brand new and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and the overall experience was very good. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff was friendly and solved any problems in a timely manner. There were many varieties of breakfast and the taste was good!
