Hotel dekat Jinan Railway Station, Jinan

I am holding an overseas phone unable to register wifi and the hotel staff are very helpful to help me log in with their local phone. The breakfast is excellent with great coffee. All the hotel staff are very friendly especially the house keepers, thank you very much. The location is the best, my wife and I will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Jinan.

The accommodation experience is excellent, the environment is elegant and quiet, the children's things were left on the bed and forgotten to be taken away, and the service is great to help mail them to your home! Warm and thoughtful! The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and comfortable beds. Overall great value for money, highly recommended!

The suite has one bedroom and one living room. The small bed in the living room is too hard and not comfortable enough, and there are cigarette butts in the gaps. When I first entered, the door was broken and could not be locked inside. I called someone to fix it. I used to believe in the quality of Hanting, but I really have to think about it again this time😅😅😅

The room is very nice, with everything, including a disposable toilet seat. The front desk was very nice. We needed slippers when we left, and they gave us mineral water. It's very close to the train station.

It turns out that this is an old five-star hotel in Jinan. I stayed here when I came. It is close to the station, convenient for reversing, and the rooms are high and quiet. Most importantly, the price is so favorable now. Comfortable. Suitable haha!

When we checked into the hotel, Mr. Qi enthusiastically upgraded our customer service and arranged for a doorman to give us a gift. Wang Junhua, the waiter on the 15th floor, immediately gave us fruits, yogurt and various snacks. The equipment in the room was complete and hygienic, especially free of charge. Disinfected towels, bathrobes, and bathrobes are all put into sealed bags. This is a rare service in a four-star hotel and deserves praise! The hotel provides a rich variety of breakfasts, including various local snacks. The waiters Xiao Guo and Xiao Lu are very enthusiastic. Knowing that we are leaving the hotel soon, they also specially prepared pastries and yogurt and packed them for us to leave the restaurant. The waiter took the initiative to deal with the minor issues we encountered. The service attitude was very good. When we checked in, we saw that we brought children and gave them souvenirs. The waiter would take the initiative to greet the guests when they saw them. The location is near Jinan Station, and it is very convenient to take the train/bus/taxi. It is not very far from the scenic area, and the Grand View Garden is not far away. It takes about 7 bus stops to Daming Lake. The only shortcoming of the room is that the washbasin in the bathroom is a bit small, there is no place to put skin care products, and there is no dirty clothes basket. These two issues have been suggested to the hotel later. As for the restaurant, it was busy one morning during the 3-night stay, and the waiter also helped to arrange a seat. It is nice to have a laundry room and a gym~ It is very convenient to wash coats. Overall, it is not bad.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.
