Hotel di Jinan Railway Station Area, Jinan

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

Due to early flight arrival, we reached the hotel early. We approached the reception for early check-in, and one of the senior staff is so nice to allow us to check in which I really appreciated. This hotel is ideally located, there was a Zhongshang park and Baotu Spring opposite the hotel and walking distance to the shopping centre and night market as well. We will recommend it to our friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Jinan.

An amzing fe days in Jinan. Was a last minute trip for a bit of work and leisure. But so worth it. This time of the year mean all the tourist crowds weren't here. The scenery and Quietness was amazing. If you only have a few days to stay then I recommend this hotel as close to moat and easy walk to all main attractions. Things to see: *Walk the moat *Chaoran Tower *Daming lake *Baotu Springs *Honglou Church But many other places to see.

Waking up in the sunshine by the lake in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening, every moment is full of poetry. The hotel's afternoon tea adds a sense of refinement to the journey. In the hotel tea room, tasting the carefully prepared desserts and fragrant tea, time seems to slow down. The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

I am holding an overseas phone unable to register wifi and the hotel staff are very helpful to help me log in with their local phone. The breakfast is excellent with great coffee. All the hotel staff are very friendly especially the house keepers, thank you very much. The location is the best, my wife and I will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Jinan.

The hotel is overall good. It is very convenient to drive and have a parking lot. The waiter in the lobby greets you warmly as soon as you enter. The hotel has a stamp for attractions. Xiao Fan checked in very quickly. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it to the room. It is very clean. The room has a big TV and a mattress. Comfortable, the key is that there is a smart toilet, it is very quiet when the windows are closed, the best experience ever! Recommend to everyone~

全給五星純因為酒店行業不容易，哈哈哈。 地理位置不錯 但周圍在修地鐵施工真是難為酒店了，停車也沒有什麼好辦法。不是酒店本身的問題。外地的小夥伴一定注意。 前台人員充足，服務 分工還需要提升，整體可以，但沒有加分項。酒店沒有浴袍和充電線，還充電寶得把所有衣服穿一遍，謝謝前台一位小姐姐借給的充電線，但出來玩 兩個手機 充電寶都沒電了還是不夠用。 客房行李凳的地下有指甲蓋一個，脱鞋發現的，洗漱台有浮灰，被罩上有多處黑浮球，不知道是開窗問題還是沒抖被罩。洗護沐變成了洗護護，可能是不是沒查房呀。 房間佈局還不錯 全屋智能，茶文化，窗簾最好用，透紅底並且遮光好。 早餐價格真實惠，性價比高，口味可以。 退房態度可以，但也是沒有加分項，可能當時比較忙。沒有伴手禮啥的 也不是啥問題，本身就不應該慣這毛病，哈哈哈哈。 這個季節 這個位置 這個價位和服務，中規中矩吧。

The room is clean and tidy, the water is hot, and the electric heating can dry clothes, the tea set free four bottles of mineral water, the tea is very friendly, the oriental garden-style hotel, the quality of design and decoration is the best at this price, the lake view room, super affordable. Breakfast is rich, the omelette is heart-shaped, the chicken soup is slowly chicken nuggets, the only downside is that the coffee is not machine-beating, you have to make Nestle by yourself, but 29 people still need it. There is free Hanfu in the private room of the lake. Always this price is unparalleled. Parking is free. Go out and talk to the front desk.
