在酒店裡走走，看見酒店的觀光車拉着客人，或者自己的服務員來回跑，每個房間門上都貼着觀光車的電話，等我在商務中心要觀光車的時候，一個男服務員直接説沒有，另一個前台的女士説觀光車都停了一年了，我説剛才還有車在跑，她又説那是接待團體的，我們普通客人和團體花一樣的錢住酒店，還不讓用觀光車唄？既然觀光車不能用，你把電話貼在客人門口乾嘛呢？濟南的温度38，39度，從商務中心到南區客房要走30分鐘左右的山路，這兩個服務員牽強的解釋以後也不管我們了，一點不知道臨時找輛車送客人一下，這樣的服務意識和服務態度實在堪憂，還需要好好的培訓一下

一個景區的酒店，整體還可以，山裡麪一個度假酒店，唯一不行的就是那個無邊泳池放水居然不是放的適合人體温的，直接放冷水，這兩天也曬不熱呀，這點細節做的真不行
