The location of the hotel is very good. 2 minutes from the historical center. The hotel is very beautiful, although it is obvious that it is tired. A separate big plus for the bed. The pillows and blanket are simply amazing.

Even if you communicate with the help of an online translator, they will definitely not do this and will simply continue to repeat in Chinese. There are thresholds everywhere. The largest one is at the entrance. If you are traveling with a large suitcase, this will bring a lot of new emotions. The hotel numbers are written in Chinese. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to many attractions. It is also very quiet at night. It faces the street and the window but it is not noisy. The sister at the hotel front desk has a very good service attitude. I booked different rooms for two nights but for Conveniently, the sister at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type for me. I stayed in the same room for two nights without having to move around. It was really convenient. The cleaning lady was also very considerate. She came to clean the room and asked if there was anything available. It was really convenient. Very good, great experience.

Due to early flight arrival, we reached the hotel early. We approached the reception for early check-in, and one of the senior staff is so nice to allow us to check in which I really appreciated. This hotel is ideally located, there was a Zhongshang park and Baotu Spring opposite the hotel and walking distance to the shopping centre and night market as well. We will recommend it to our friends to stay in this hotel if they visit Jinan.

Very good, it is the standard of Atour. The electrical equipment is not the latest and smartest, and it can be seen that it is a bit old. I thought the room facing the street would be noisy, but it is actually very soundproof. The door is very thick and heavy, and I can't hear the sound in the corridor. Although the shower is a bit old, fortunately the water pressure is very high. The light in the room is dim and yellowish, which is not suitable for makeup.
Highlights!!! The underground parking lot does not directly connect to the hotel, and there is no elevator. I am about to collapse when carrying a large suitcase up. It is recommended to unload the new luggage at the hotel entrance first, and then go to the basement. It should be noted that there are one-way streets around the hotel, and it takes a long way from the hotel entrance to the basement.

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

GGuest UserI'm an American here in China studying kung fu for the year and took a trip to Jinan for a short weekend getaway to unwind a bit. I really enjoyed the Atour Light hotel! It's my second time staying in an Atour hotel and I have once again been left wanting for nothing. My Chinese is actually atrocious but the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and, I must say, I generally really hate bathrooms and need to wear a pair of slippers just to enter the facility but this has not been the case at either of the Atour hotels I've stayed at. The ambience is great, the amenities perfect for what I was looking for, and the location beyond excellent. Local food stops right outside the gate of the hotel and, if you're a westerner looking for something familiar, McDonald's is right around the corner too. No need for that though, the local feed hits the spot. All that to say, I have no complaints. Great service, great room, great location. 10/10 recommend.

The inclusion of complete toiletries further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring that every essential was readily available.
The hotel's strategic location near Jinan Railway Station and its accessibility to public transportation were major advantages. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it added to my trip.
One of the standout features was the culinary experience. The on-site dining options offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. Although the absence of coffee was noted, the rich variety of other beverage options more than compensated for it.
The toilet facilities were not only pristine but also surprisingly innovative. The sound-proof design allowed for a private and serene experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The added touch of background music created a unique ambiance, transforming the bathroom into a personal concert space.
I must commend the receptionists for their exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries added a warm touch to the overall stay. It was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well taken care of.
