Hotel Spa di Jilin

One word: Amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, The front desk staff is very efficient in checking in,especially 石雨婷,李佩航,邱思羽making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were quick to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure mystaywasenjoyable. I appreciated the ir professionalism and willingness to assist me with anything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.

I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

The room temperature was 32 degrees and could not be adjusted. The floor heating was a bit too hot. I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night and did not sleep well for two consecutive days, which seriously affected my travel status. Other service facilities were ok, but the bathing tickets were not as good as taking a bath in the room.

Very close to the snow field, the soundproofing is a bit poor. In the middle of the night, someone singing next door. The room heard clearly. The cleaning aunt is not coming every day. The last day is going to leave the store. I knocked on the door eight times in the morning. I hope I can pay attention to other things. There is nothing wrong with it. It is mainly close to the snow field. to endure a lot of problems

The room is facing the ski resort, with plenty of sunshine, simple and clean, and the pick-up and drop-off service is timely. The keys to the car I rented were lost on the day I left. The location of the B&B is very good, with a parking lot downstairs and a 100-meter walk to the ski resort. The sound insulation effect of the building is very good, and you can't hear any sound from the construction work in the building next door during the day. The facilities in the B&B are complete, the shampoo and shower gel are all from big brands, the kettles and hair dryers are all from Xiaomi, and the waiter came to give me six bottles of Nongfu Spring. The proprietress was very hospitable and drove us to the B&B. The day I checked in happened to be my birthday, and the landlady sent me a birthday cake and blessings. I wish the boss lady’s business will become more and more prosperous, and I wish everyone good luck!

The room is particularly satisfied! Clean and tidy, the service staff are very good. The hot spring is cleaned at night, and the new water is in the morning, especially clean. The swimming pool is large, well equipped and the service is in place. I like rafting and surfing the most. I can play for an afternoon and swim in the hot springs at night. It’s great!

A person from Chengdu rushed to Jilin Vanke Songhua Lake Resort to ski, where to book this homestay. Stayed for two nights, the room was spacious, one bedroom and one living room snow view room, bedroom and living room can see the snow road, the first floor of the apartment has a supermarket and breakfast shop, to meet daily needs, seven or eight minutes walk to the snow field, called Didi can also. The landlord’s sister was hospitable and picked me up and back to the ski resort twice. This ski trip was perfect. Baiwanshi Hotel is the best hotel in Beida Lake, and it is very convenient to enter and exit the ski resort. The second floor of the hotel is connected to the ski equipment hall. Jiletang is also on the second floor, and the restaurant is on the first floor. It is very convenient to eat, stay, ski and soak in hot springs. The housekeeper Wendy served patiently throughout the whole process and helped to mail the ski equipment. Next time I come to Beida Lake, I will choose Baiwanshi again
