We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

The service at the hotel is good, we were checked in quickly and given a room larger than we had originally booked, as our room was not ready yet. The room was spacious and quite clean, but the bedroom smelled of carpet. The cleaner came every morning at 10 am, which is very early for cleaning, as we were still in bed at that time and had to cancel the cleaning. The audibility is quite strong, we could hear the conversations of the neighbors upstairs. And once they started making noise in the corridor as early as 6 am, as there were newlyweds living on our floor and they were having a wedding.
